We have renovated this wooden villa with all the comforts to come year round, it is as pleasant outside with its heated swimming pool as inside with its cozy spirit and fireplace. Ideally located in a quiet area between the basin and the ocean, all accessible by bike, market, lighthouse, restaurant. the total change of scenery as much in half season as in summer. The villa consists of a main part with living room, kitchen, fireplace lounge, two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a large independent outbuilding with 3 comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. water.

Beautiful peaceful stay in Cap Ferret

The house was amazing, perfect in design, location and well equipped for a family with friends. The teenagers had their own block of rooms and the garden and pool are sublime. Very helpful owner and great communication. Location very good, close to lighthouse, basin and Atlantic beach. Thanks so much Jerome! We hope to be back!!

Cap ferret house

Great house. Centrally located so can walk or bike to beach, town and market. Main house has two bedrooms and then an annex with a further 3. Fantastic pool area. All just comfortable and easy. The owner must live there and just periodically rent it out so there is some personal stuff (clothes, etc) but tucked away and didn’t bother us.

Perfekte Ferien!

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Haus von JĂ©rome. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, der Pool wurde oft genutzt und die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Jerome ist immer erreichbar gewesen und ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt! Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen...

tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit sehr viel Charme - gleich zum WohlfĂŒhlen. Mit dem 2. Haus, in dem 3 Doppelzimmer untergebracht sind, und dem großen Tisch auf der Terrasse hatten wir auch zu 8 reichlich Platz.

Superbe maison au Ferret

SĂ©jour magnifique dans cette magnifique villa conçue et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, bien situĂ©e au calme mais proche du bourg et bassin. La piscine chauffĂ©e est un plus indĂ©niable afin d’en profiter mĂȘme les jours plus frais. Nous y reviendrions pour notre prochain sĂ©jour au Ferret !

Comment raconter des bobards

Soi disant maison isolĂ©e, avec une autre de chaque cĂŽtĂ©, une derriĂšre. Beaucoup de choses cassĂ©es, porte de lave - vaisselle qui vous tombe sur les pieds , rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pour 9 personnes mais dans la porte ,juste possibilitĂ© de mettre les bouteilles et vraiment petit , dans une ville de mer , 3 petites casseroles ,pas de faitout pour cuire crustacĂ©s , mĂȘme pas de paire de ciseaux pour ouvrir les sachets , et surtout , aucunes informations Ă©crites comme dans toutes maisons Ă  louer pour les explications de fonctionnement, ce qui aurait Ă©vitĂ© de faire une fausse manƓuvre pour vider la piscine Ă  cause des orages. Rien Ă  dire du propriĂ©taire sauf de nous faire croire que la maison Ă©tait isolĂ©e, bien situĂ©e, l endroit le plus construit du cap ferret . Quel dommage et quelle dĂ©ception

Amazing house! absolutely perfect

We loved our stay at Jerome‘s house! The location is perfect, and the house even more beautiful than in the pictures + fully equipped including Plancha for barbecue. Commincation went really smoothly with the host. Would love to come back!

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette magnifique maison. L'amĂ©nagement est moderne, fonctionnel et en mĂȘme temps trĂšs personnel. La piscine chauffĂ©e est le summum et complĂšte le charme de cette parfaite maison de vacances. Elle est idĂ©ale pour des vacances avec des amis. Le loueur est professionnel, amical et simple. Malheureusement nous ne sommes restĂ©s qu'une semaine, mais nous reviendrons certainement.

Super séjour !

La maison est belle et bien située. Elle est confortable et décorée avec goût et les espaces sont trÚs agréables. Idéal en famille et aussi avec des amis avec la dépendance à l'arriÚre qui offre 3 belles chambres bien décorées, chacun gardant ainsi sa propre intimité. L'espace extérieur comprenant un joli jardin arboré, une grande table en bois exotique et une belle piscine est trÚs agréable également. Nous avons passé un super séjour et avons hùte de revenir !

Nous sommes restés deux semaines. Toutes les promesses annoncées dans le descriptifs sont tenues. La maison est magnifique et aménagée avec goût. Le jardin est extraordinairement arboré. Rien ne manque et on se sent comme chez soi. L'environnement est trÚs agréable et calme. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture pendant toute la durée du séjour. Les plages cotés océans sont accessibles à pieds, tout comme les commerces et le bassin. A vélo, c'est idéal. La dépendance de la maison permet aux invités de se sentir à l'aise, en toute intimité et avec tout le confort. L'accueil est trÚs chaleureux et les conseils prodigués sont précieux. Le plus difficile est de quitter la maison en fin de séjour, mais nous ferons en sorte de revenir dÚs que possible...

Maison trÚs bien située. A 5 mn à pied du centre (commerces, loueurs de vélo, etc.) Maison de plein pied avec beaucoup de charme. TrÚs conviviale pour séjourner en famille ou entre amis. TrÚs belle piscine. Acceuil trÚs chaleureux de la part du Propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
