This 1500 sq. ft. condo sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico! It is a corner unit with beautiful views in all directions. Large, new unobstructed hurricane sliding glass doors cover entire living area wall for spectacular views. A corner unit has additional windows looking up the beach and a more open view on the sides. And there's no echo when talking on balcony. Directly outside your unit are the pristine beaches for your sun bathing, heated pool swimming, and walking pleasure. Or just have your morning beverage viewing the calm waters, and watch the sunsets from the 4th floor balcony, nicely appointed with captains chairs for unobstructed viewing. The master bedroom also has new hurricane sliding glass doors overlooking the beach and water. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a firm and med. firm, and the third has two twin beds, one firm and one med. firm. The kitchen is fully functional, with new and quality for the cook pots, pans, and utensils. I like to cook, so everything you'll need is there. In room cable and password protected high speed wireless wi fi for your use. There are also some games for rainy days, pool toys, a few beach chairs, and fishing poles. Umbrellas and beach cooler are sometimes available. We do not provide beach towels. There may be a few but not guaranteed. The unit has two full bathrooms with tubs and fresh linens upon your arrival. Unit also has new X large Maytag full size washer and dryer. We provide bathroom paper and soaps. Some garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, spices etc. Regular coffee pot and K-cup. Nice big and clean gas grills outside the Tiki hut. Under roof one reserved parking space near elevator.
There is the convenience of a trolley that travels between Clear water and St. Pete beach, taxis, and a free ride service. Most local Lyft or Uber cost is $7.00 from my experience. You’re a mile from the famous John's Pass Village with restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin watching trips, a floating casino, art galleries, gift shops and more. Fishing right off the beach is allowed and sometimes more successful than a charter. Fresh seafood market is located at John's Pass. Fresh catch everyday. If you don't feel like cooking, several restaurants as well as bars within walking distance. Two nice bars, restaurants across the street and a fabulous small Italian restaurant across the street in strip mall towards downtown.
Bush gardens is a 25 minute drive and Disney and Epcot are 1.5 hours. Average airport trip is less than 30 minutes.
