Great Game weekend get a way!

Recently updated two bedroom condo with sleeper sofa separate from living area. Perfect for game weekends in Athens. Located just off of Milledge Avenue, near the 10 loop. Close to campus. Recently refreshed with new carpet and paint. Plenty of great local restaurants near by. The residents in this complex tend to be more mature and not a typical college crowd. Wifi and streaming tv available with local channels, ESPN, and most of the popular networks.

Great, big place - close to campus
This condo was great! Bigger than the photos make it seem and very close to campus. My dad and I stayed here for a Georgia football game and it was perfect. John was a great host too. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The cond was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. It was convenient to everything. It was perfect stay for my family and I for my daughter's graduation.

Football weekend
Spacious clean condo. Very nicely furnished. Owner very responsive to questions and to offer assistance. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully stay here again.
