Carpeted living spaces with tiled kitchen and baths. Covered porch on front and large deck on back with furniture. Outside shower with cold water. Beach access across the street with a short walk to Blue Water Point Marina and Fish House Restaurant.

Great location!

I loved that the back deck overlooked the sound and that beach access was super close. The house is also very close to a free boat launch with good fishing in the sound and also very close to the end of the island where one can play in the waves or little kids can safely swim in the beachy end of the sound. Would love to return next year!
