Tower 3 - 3 BR / 3 BA all Ocean Front! Ombrelloni / sdraio gratuiti

Siamo i nuovi proprietari di questa grande unità di 3 camere da letto (1800 piedi quadrati) tutte con accesso al balcone con vista sul Golfo del Messico. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato con doppio lavandino e vasca / doccia da giardino. L'unità ha una pianta unica con finestre / cursori dal pavimento al soffitto, che mostra le splendide acque color smeraldo del Golfo da ogni camera da letto. Abbiamo due camere da letto King e una con due letti matrimoniali. Siamo l'unità finale al 7 ° piano con vista sulla piscina del Golfo e della Laguna. L'unità ha anche un ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo con straordinari contatori di quarzo, finestre / cursori dal pavimento al soffitto e accesso diretto al balcone di grandi dimensioni. Qualunque cosa tu ami di più della vita da spiaggia - albe, tramonti, guardare i delfini, guardare le onde o semplicemente osservare l'attività della spiaggia, avrai un posto in prima fila sugli enormi balconi anteriori e laterali.

La grande cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutte le pentole e gli utensili necessari per la maggior parte dei pasti. E quando cenate fuori, siete a pochi passi dal famoso Pineapple Willy's, dagli Spinnaker e da altri ristoranti.

Long Beach Resort ha una delle più grandi spiagge private, una favolosa piscina tropicale laguna (oltre 7500 piedi quadrati), con cascate e isola, due piscine polinesiane aggiuntive (riscaldate stagionalmente), tre vasche idromassaggio, barbecue e un bar e una griglia a bordo piscina . Long Beach Resort è un complesso recintato, con sicurezza 24 ore. Abbiamo anche una sala fitness situata nella nostra torre. La posizione centrale è perfetta e puoi raggiungere a piedi molte attrazioni speciali (Wonderworks, Miniature Golf, Ripleys Believe it or Not, ecc., E Walmart è proprio dall'altra parte della strada (per oggetti da spiaggia che potresti aver dimenticato di portare).

My family enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, comfortable beds, convenient to the beach, and shopping for necessities is across the street. Joe & Kathleen communicated well & responded timely when we had questions. There was construction, which we knew about (it was disclosed) so there was some noise at 8 am each morning, but it wasnt a bother to us. We would love to stay again!!

Joe and Kathleen were very accommodating and great to work with. The condo was amazing with plenty of room and awesome views. We had beautiful weather all week and plenty of fun things to do with our grandkids. We were well informed the property at Long Beach Resort was under construction but was not a damper.

This condo is fabulous! My husband and I took my sister and she enjoyed the mini suite complete with kitchenette and private balcony overlooking both the beach and lagoon pool. Unit was super clean, furnished and decorated beautifully, nice tv's in every room, easy to access, comfortable beds, LOVED everything about it. Also, the owners are terrific...so nice. I hope we can return next spring.

We wanted a condo that would accomodate us, our two adult children and their spouses plus their two babies. This was the perfect condo for our stay! There were three master suites, so each family had some privacy and an ocean front view. There was even a kitchenette in one suite that was perfect for our daughter to use for her baby bottle washing. The view from the balcony was beautiful and very private. The resort was conveniently located to shopping and dining. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals as well. And we enjoyed walking to the Beach Cow for ice cream! The buildings were being rennovated during our stay so part of the bigger pool was shut off. That was a bit disappointing but understandable. All of our kids appreciated the fitness center. Our hosts were great to work with. We would definitely stay in this condo/resort again!

Family Spring Break

Amazing balcony and wonderful property! Views from the huge balcony were amazing. We used the balcony a lot because we didn’t have the best weather while there. The condo was very large and beautiful. Plenty of room for a large family with kids.The owners were so nice and helpful! We were just steps away from the ocean and had the best time.

Perfect for our family

We loved the layout of the spacious condo. The views from the balcony were amazing. We loved having the option of going to the beach or to the pool with the lazy river. The bar was great and you could order food as well! We have previously stayed further down Thomas Drive, but this location was closer to everything. Joe and Kathleen were very responsive to any questions.

Beach Retreat

Beautiful views from a beautiful condo. Accommodations took care of the 8 of us. Well furnished and well stocked kitchen. Owners are great to work with. Great communication before, during and after the rental. If we are back in PCB would definitely rent again. New Years fireworks on the beach is entertaining.

Family Vacation

This is hands-down, the best property we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and there was plenty of kitchenware to accommodate this. My only recommendation for future guest would be to bring a nonstick skillet. I had a few questions for the owner, Joe, prior to my visit and one during my visit, and he was very quick to reply. This is a property that we will return to.

Fantastic!!!

This was one of our best vacations ever! The owners are friendly and attentive. The condo is just as described, very clean and updated with lots of space to spread out and relax. The floor to ceiling windows and huge balcony give the best views in PCB. The 3 pools are well maintained and the huge parking lot with 24 hour security allow you to get in out out quickly. Do yourself a favor and book your stay now! You will be glad you did!

Amazing Family Vacation !

One of the best vacations we have had in some time! The Condo was super clean and spacious. We have been coming to PCB for the last 6 years and Long Beach Resort has the best pools and location by far. The resultant at the pool was extremely convenient and fairly priced ( we ate dinner there one night). Security does a fantastic job of keeping non-residents out from the street access and the beach. They make rounds 24/7 on the premises ensure the property and vehicles are safe, which can be difficult to find in many other resorts. We walked to Pineapple Willie’s nearly every day. The proximity to Pineapple Willie’s is close enough to walk, but far enough where you will not get the crowd spill over from the popular restaurant. The Beach shops across the street are also second to none. Condo owners were extremely responsive if we had any questions at all! Don’t think twice about booking this unit, we will be back and will stay in this unit or the 2 room unit this property owner has. Top notch !

Amazing Condo, Beautiful Location

This condo was plenty big enough for our family of six. Somehow it was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures which is usually not the case. The main pool area was awesome and so was the beach. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a nice surprise as well! Theres plenty of shopping and restaurants close by as well. This place was as close to perfect as we could ask for! The only issues we had were some elevator issues (which are tue buildings issues, not the condo), and we had a leak from one of our showers into the downstairs unit that prevented us from using it for a couple days. Other than that, this one was spot on.

We have owned 9 condos over past 17 years. We have two 3 bedrooms. We live in Atlanta area and try and visit PCB as many times as we can during the year. Love the area, people and accommodations.. Many great towns to visit, from those on 30A to Destin.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We have two 3 bedroom condos at Long Beach because and we absolutely love the floor plans and size of bedrooms/baths and living areas. We don't know any other complex in PCB where all bedrooms have balcony access and ocean views. And the management at Long Beach is wonderful to work with. Great amenities also.

Largest private beach, best floorplan on the beach, views, amenities (3 pools and hot tubs), plenty of parking on same side of street, great security 24/7.
