Apartment 3 rooms comfort for 6/7 people, close to shops and ski slopes

- Capacity : up to 7 people in the 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and the living room) as follows: 2 single beds 80x190cm that can be attached into 1 double bed 160x190cm (bedroom 1), 2 bunk beds 90x200 cm+ 1 trundle bed 90x190cm (bedroom 2), 1 convertible sofa for 2 people 140x190cm (living room). Pillows, duvets, undersheet and protections. Bed linen and towels are included.
- Surface : 46m² + balcony + cellar (you'll have access to a private space in our cellar, at the second floor, to store easily and securely your skiing materials or suitcases)
- Exposure : full south, absolutely clear view on the mountains. The balcony is almost 6m², allowing you to take a break by enjoying the sunshine and the view.
- Floor: 4th and last floor, with lift.

=> The "Petite Ourse" building:
It is at Flaine forêt, close to the shopping arcade (supermarket, butcher, bakery, ski school, pub, restaurants, bowling) and to the auditorium.
This location offers the benefits of a more quiet place than Flaine Forum (less noise due to animations and other activities) while it remains very close to the essential shops & services, that guarantees a pleasant stay.

=> The access to the ski slopes is easy by foot (450 meters away) or with the free shuttle that stops close to the building (Shopping arcades). It is also possible to book a ski locker at patrick's ski locker (information here : http://www.flaine.com/fr/hiver/services-flaine-foret-patrick-s-ski-locker-281-14--14-detail-190.html) which is located at the ski departure area in Flaine Foret.

=> Flaine is part of the Grand Massif, which is made out of 5 ski resorts (Flaine , les Carroz, Samoëns, Morillon& Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval), delivering a huge playground (265 km of alpine slopes) and a rich variety of skiing areas.

Great apartment for 4 persons skiing vacation

The apartment offers you everything you need and is well structured, well equipped and also very clean and for French skiing places also quite spacious. The house is also still modern and perfectly located for the supermarket and bakery as well as the ski bus.

Fantastic apartment

This is a great apartment for a family trip, clean and tidy with everything you need inc. washer/dryer which is very much appreciated. The kitchen has an excellent range of cooking equipment, perfect if you plan on eating most meals at the apartment as we did. Having the option of a bath is also lovely, although it is an extremely narrow bath so lying down not especially comfortable if you have wider shoulders, but still better than just a shower (the shower is great though). Overall would definitely recommend as we had a great stay here.

Lovely apartment for ski holiday

We were a family of 43 adults and 1 child staying for one week. Excellent value, homely, well equipped, clean and bright with beautiful views and great balcony. We found leaving skis and boots at Pats Ski Locker well worth while as this made the walk to lifts much more enjoyable. It would have been helpful to have a clear understanding of the arrival process, especially as there was a language barrier in contacting the local agent (sadly our french speaking not that great!) Also, the building entry code and Wifi info would have been appreciated a little earlier. We knew there is only one sofa/bed in the apartment and this does mean limited seating to relax, but the dining chairs are well padded and comfortable. No wash basin in the separate toilet was surprising.

Superbe appartement, vraiment idéal !

On a eu un superbe séjour dans ce très chouette appartement, super bien équipé, chaleureux, un vrai 5 étoiles ! Les lits sont confortable, le linge sent bon, il est spacieux pour une appartement de ski/montagne (on était 4), Il est très bien équipé et les instructions sont très claires. Il y a une belle vue, la cave au 2ieme étage est très pratique pour mettre ses skis. Les propriétaires très attentionnés et disponibles. La stations de Flaine est idéale pour faire du ski et très bien organisée.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Flaine. Un logement juste parfait! D'une propreté comme il est rare de trouver! Il ne manque rien à ce petit cocon dans lequel on se sent comme chez soi.Tous les commerces sont a 2 pas du logement ,beaucoup de départ de randos sans oublier des animations pour petits et grands! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci à Mme Imbert pour son accueil, son écoute et sa gentillesse.

Très très bon séjour

Flaine l'été est une bonne surprise, ambiance détendue et musicale, nombreuses activités et randonnées sans prendre la voiture. L'appartement est impeccable, suffisamment spacieux, très bien équipé, et tout s'est très bien passé depuis les premiers contacts avec les propriétaires jusqu'au départ avec la prestataire sur place. Un grand Merci à Mme et Mr Imbert de nous partager leur bel appartement.

Nice property

Good views from balcony, close to shops (Spar, local cheeses, boulangerie, ski hire), well equipped, clean and tidy, excellent value. Good skiing despite warm and cloudy weather, some good mountain restaurants. Location is just far enough from the slopes to make the shuttle or Pats Ski Locker necessary unless you are younger and fitter than us. We used the latter.

Perfect

Our stay in Flaine was made all the more perfect thanks to the brilliant location of the apartment. Being close to the ski slopes and local amenities gave us the best of both worlds and what beautiful views we awoke to each morning. The facilities in the apartment left us wanting for nothing- it really was a home from home! The booking process was faultless too with Guillaume, the host, keeping us informed right up until arrival showing understanding and flexibility if necessary when it came to Covid 19 restrictions. Our only challenge came in the form of a language barrier when we organised collection of the keys but this was nothing Google translate couldn’t help out with! Overall, we had an amazing week and are sure we will return soon.

Idéalement située dans la station, vue exceptionnelle sur les pistes et la montagne (4eme étage), propriétaire disponible, appartement propre et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol: le décodeur TV qui a quelques ratés, mais nous l'avons rarement utilisé.

Well equipped, spacious apartment

We had a stay with 4 people in the apartment.the apartment is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable, and the apartment is spacious. The view from the balcony is magnificent! The apartment is located close to a small bakery, supermarket, and several ski rentals. It is a short walk to the bus stop that brings you to the pistes. Flaine itself is a typical mountain village with lots of concrete buildings. For skiing it is a great location, with a good variety off different levels of pistes. From the top we had a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc!

Skiing apartment

A very clean and spacious apartment, which easily met the needs of our family of 4. It was really well equipped with a great deal of storage and a fabulous view of the mountains. It is worth noting that towels, bed-linnen are not included (bring your own if possible). The public carpark was a very reasonable price if you are driving to the resort. There was a 20 metre walk to the ski bus for a 2 minute ride to the slopes, or you could walk to the slopes in under 10 minutes . Several of the apres-ski events were down in the Forum, which was accessed via an outdoor lift, 5 minutes from the apartment. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend this apartment.

Nous venons de passer une super semaine dans cette location très bien située à Flaine forêt. L'appartement plein sud avec une vue magnifique offre tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous n'avons qu'une envie : y retourner l'année prochaine !

Appartement non conforme à l'annonce via l'application Abritel

l'appartement est très bien situé, propre et équipé. Par contre, dans l'application Abritel, il est notifié dans les équipements Jacuzzi, Sauna et piscine à remoux. Ceux-ci ne font pas partis des prestations de la location. Il faut payer les différents accès à ces activités qui sont situées à l'extérieur de l'immeuble. Cela est dommageable financièrement et sur le choix de l'appartement.

Prettig appartement in leuk skigebied

Prettig appartement, praktisch ingericht waardoor voldoende (opberg)ruimte. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zelf wasmachine en droger. Erg handig! Communicatie met eigenaar verloopt prima. Duidelijke informatiebrochure waar alles in staat en bij vragen snel reactie. Wij verbleven met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen in het appartement wat goed te doen was. Ca. 10 min lopen naar de piste (of je neemt de (soms overvolle) skibus) waar vandaan je met de lift de omliggende dorpen kunt bereiken (Samoens, les Carroz) maar je kan ook skiën naar flaine forum waar veel liften zijn die je hogerop brengen. In het dorp zijn diverse liften etc. die je van flaine foret naar forum brengen (met en zonder ski's en 24 uur per dag), dat is prima geregeld. Het is mogelijk om een skilocker bij de piste te huren, wij hebben dat niet gedaan. Wel had ik de skipassen al online besteld en thuisgestuurd gekregen zodat we meteen konden skiën. Het was best druk maar we waren er in de voorjaarsvakantie en het was prachtig weer dus waar is het dan niet druk. Veel Engelsen (die hadden dus ook in die periode vakantie maar dat is niet elk jaar). Kortom we hebben en geweldige week gehad in een leuk veelzijdig skigebied in een comfortabel appartement. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We want it to be a pleasant place to stay all over the season. This will also help us in paying the loan! ;)
Flaine is a really nice ski resort, dynamic, with a wonderful ski area, adapted to any level.

=> Quality of the appliances, dishes, modern comfort to prevent changing holidays into duties: dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, electric oven, microwave, espresso machine, internet wireless access, baby equipment (upon request) etc.

=> The essential things in the cupboards: salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, cleaning products.
We consider that "who uses replace": meaning that we expect you to replace the products you would have used, which will bring people coming after your leave the same comfort than you had upon your arrival.
