About this property

Bethany Beach - Ocean Front Townhome on Boardwalk

Kick back in this little slice of paradise! Just steps from the beach and an easy two block stroll into town make this the ideal spot for any family vacation.

Our three level townhome is complete with a spacious open floor plan on the 2nd level that includes a large living area with enough room for the whole family to relax in front of the large flat screen TV. The 2nd level also contains a powder room. The living area gives way to the furnished balcony on the front of the home that offers a stunning ocean view and the kitchen and dining areas in the rear. The kitchen offers new appliances and the seating to comfortably accommodate a large family meal.

On the entry level is the first bedroom that contains a full-size bed along with a twin bed. This bedroom also has a closet that can be used as storage for clothes or beach essentials along with a full bath with a walk-in shower. Also located on the first floor is the laundry room with a full setup of a washer, dryer, and ironing board.

On the 3rd floor are the other three bedrooms and two full baths. One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bath. The master bedroom also offers the second balcony with miles of ocean and sunset views. Across from the master are two bedrooms, one containing a queen bed and the other containing queen and twin beds. Finally, the third full bath is located in the hallway at the top of the spiral staircase.

All rentals are Friday to Friday.

Location and Charm

This was such an awesome home in the best location in Bethany. A quick walk to all the shops and restaurants with an ocean view on the beach. The house was wonderfully decorated and had a lot of charm and comfort for our family. We would recommend this place, had a great time!

Right on the boardwalk

We had a great stay at Gordon's lovely beach house right on the boardwalk in Bethany. Steps from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants and shops, this location cannot be beaten. Ample space and parking, we loved the beach house and hope to be back

I cannot imagine a better location or a more gracious host! My family was delighted with the layout of the house (love that spiral staircase!), the terrific ocean views, great parking, and the easy walk to restaurants and shops. We are already planning for next summer!

Location and Gordon, the Owner are perfect!

This beautiful beach house is right on the boardwalk. Multiple views of the ocean, boards, etc. Walk out the door and on the beach in a few steps. Gordon, the owner, is the best. He communicated with us regularly, allowed us early access, and came over to visit to make sure everything was good. We look forwarded to staying at Gordon's home again and again. Thanks.

Great access to the beach and convenient distance to the boardwalk shops. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting food from local restaurants and eating in was much easier being so close.

Great Place, Excellent Location to Attractions

The main floor was very cozy, enough room for the family and great views of the decks. The Boardwalk and Beach were a very short walk away. We never used our vehicles since everything we wanted was within walking distance. The Owner was super nice and very accommodating. Great Stay !
