• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.

• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

Step outside this privately owned 2100 sq. ft villa onto the large terrace, with endless views, and you'll know you've made an excellent choice for your vacation at Villa La Estancia, situated on one of the most coveted stretch of beach in Cabo San Lucas, Medano Beach. View the famous Land's End rock formation. This lavish resort affords guests all the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort. 
This Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, an entertainment center and a full bath. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 with a full bath just off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dining table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry and washer/dryer just off the kitchen. The drinking water is completely filtered through the Villa Las Estancia complex.
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

We loved staying in this beautiful condo in Cabo. It is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location in the resort is perfect and it has amazing views! I would definitely stay in this condo again. The resort itself is beautiful, has friendly stay and delicious restaurants. I definitely give this 5 stars.

Fantastic property

Family spent a week in Cabo at the Estancia. Place is spacious, clean, and private. Rooms are separated by a common entry and balcony. Gives better privacy option IMO than adjoining rooms. Loved it!

Condo with a Great View

This condo was everything as advertised. The unit is on the 6th floor and has a great view of the pool area, beach, and Sea of Cortez. The Villa La Estancia is a part of a complex with two other condo resorts with many very good restaurants on the property. La Estancia seemed to be the less busy and quieter of the two properties, which we liked. The pool area is very nice with a swim up bar and pool staff to order food and drinks. The property is a 15-20 minute walk to the Marina area or a $9 taxi ride. We found some nice restaurants in the area just north of Marina which was closer to La Estancia. We would highly recommend La Estancia and this unit was perfect for our family of 4.

Lovely Villa La Estancia Stay, Layout Considerations

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful Villa La Estancia property and its fantastic location. The grounds are stunning, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful.One thing to note for future guests booking a two-bedroom unit: the layout features two separate entrances, with the only connecting space being the outdoor deck. While this offers excellent privacy for multiple couples, it was a bit of a surprise for us as we were traveling with our 13-year-old. We would have preferred a more traditional, connected living space for easier access between bedrooms.We also observed that the food and drink prices at Villa La Estancia have increased noticeably. For those looking to dine on-site, the all-inclusive option might be worth considering. However, it requires a minimum purchase of three days for everyone in the room, and the pricing is 159 per adult and 139 for those under 25. If you don't opt for the all inclusive, we found that dining in Cabo offered better value.Despite these minor points, we had a lovely stay and would recommend Villa La Estancia for its beauty and location. Just be sure to consider the room layout and dining options when planning your trip.

Love Villa La Estancia

This is our second year in a row staying at VLE. There were 4 of us in a two bedroom. It was my wife and I, and our 20-year-old daughter and 17-year-old son. We had a great time. We spent most days at the pool and beach and eating lots of great foods. We would come back again for sure. There were a couple "issues" I had with the rental. First and foremost, I specifically selected one property managed by Jane because of the location in the resort and the view from the balcony. Several weeks after I made the reservation, I was contacted by Jane that one of the owners of the property sold their share and the new owner wanted to stay there the week I reserved. She gave me a couple other room options. In the end, the rental we stayed in was a nice place, but didn't have the view of the arch I had originally planned for. The other issue was that the commerce platform she uses automatically charged the remaining balance of my bill a couple months earlier than they were supposed to. They eventually figured out the snafu and credited the $ back after a few days. Jane did clearly communicate what was going on during this time and everything worked out, but was slightly annoying. If it wasn't for those two issues I would have given a 5 star review.

Amazing place

We truly had an amazing experience on our vacation. From check in to check out the resort and all of its staff made it an enjoyable trip. We went into town every day which is a short cab ride or longer but not super long walk on the beach. Pool was nice to relax by as well. We will definitely be back and hopefully will be able to get the same rental.

this Villa had everything, view, fantastic balcony and the property had great amenities. The villa was extremely clean. Jane and her team were fantastic and thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. We will be back!

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.
- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.
- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.
- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 
- There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  
- Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.
- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.
- Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas.
