For our family reunion, I loved that there were 2 tables in adjoining rooms that had seating for 22 people (plus 3 bar stools). One caution; if you have trouble with stairs, there is a full flight of stairs to the front door, 3 stairs down to the front room, stairs to the basement and access to the backyard, and one step down to the master bedroom sitting area.There are multiple TVs, a hot tub, pool table, a playroom loft (accessable via a spiral staircase, and a theater room.

House needs updates. Very strict rules and cameras. Linens need to be replaced. Would not take older people to this rental. Lots of levels and half steps. Property was clean.

Thanks for your response. We are always looking for ways to improve our home and our guests visit. Out of curiosity, suggested updates? We just ordered Mr.Pillow linens last year and we have enuf linens for three changes. All linens always are professionally cleaned and sanitized. Thanks for the heads up....I will check them out when we get there this week. As for lots of levels and half steps, the pictures and info on the house are very well shown and described on the VRBO site. Sorry you missed the details. Thanks again for your comments and for being our guest.

This was a nice place for our weekend getaway with friends! The layout was great. Plenty of tables and chairs for dining and board games. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed using the theater room. Other reviewers mentioned all the signs - there are a lot, but we weren't that bothered by them really. But with the hosts being so particular about how the property is treated, I might be hesitant to bring kids to this rental. We also had a could hiccups, like the dish soap being all out and the batteries for front door lock pad running too low to work. But the host was kind and responsive when I talked to her, and she helped sort everything out.

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for our large family Christmas, we loved the theater room and hot tub. House is definitely older but any maintenance issues were handled promptly by the host and we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful views of the mountains and 24 min to Snowbird!

We enjoyed the property. Clean, big, very nice yard. The amount of notes posted everywhere you look along with the security cameras all over the place was a big much…especially the camera pointed directly at the hot tub. It is a very nice house and Mary was very friendly and accommodating. Just don’t love the excessive amount of signage and rules everywhere you look along with the security cameras…just felt a bit over the top for all of us.

The house was in worse condition than the photos suggested. While it offered decent value for the number of rooms, there were cameras actively monitoring throughout the stay (including near the hot tub), which felt intrusive. Additionally, the numerous notes posted around the house were off-putting and detracted from the overall experience.

Thanks for taking the tine to review your stay. One thing...what do you mean the house was in "worse condition"? We have two people who look after the house and Brandon is very prompt to repair anything that is broken. We live in California so we take every review very seriously. I must say you are the only guest in four years who has complained about the condition. Further input from u would be appreciated so we can handle any problems. Mary’s house was fantastic and the location was everything we could ask for. I was surprised that the house didn’t have a waterpark like it was mentioned in the listing. Also the camera’s and security while on property was something we had to adjust to, but we appreciate that there is an interest in keeping things secured.

Our stay at this VRBO could not have been better. The house is big enough for a large family and more. The host communicated with us clearly and they were very accommodating. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with anything we needed. The hot tub was a hit with the entire family and our kids loved watching movies in the large theater room. The deer in the morning wondering in the yard were fun to wake up to and the view of the lights from the back yard into the valley was stunning. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice house, nice area

We enjoyed the theater room and the pool table the most, stayed just one night with a group of friends from out of town who came in for a friends wedding.

We had a great time

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved that all the grandkids could eat together at the large table and adults at the kitchen table. We enjoyed the various places to gather and play games, watch movies, and be together. We also loved the large lawn for soccer and spotting a few deer throughout our stay.
