Ce magnifique condo Breckenridge mis Ă  jour est situĂ© Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons de Main St et Ă  environ 250 mĂštres de la base de Peak 9 et de l’ascenseur de Quicksilver. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des planchers chauffants en ardoise, une cuisiniĂšre en acier inoxydable, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur complet. Le bĂątiment propose un garage souterrain chauffĂ©, des bains Ă  remous intĂ©rieurs et un sauna Ă  vapeur. Vous aurez Ă©galement accĂšs Ă  la piscine extĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e et aux bains Ă  remous de l'Upper Village. Il y a un foyer au bois rustique avec du bois coupĂ© fourni dans le garage.

C'est juste une promenade rapide Ă  la chaise de flocon de neige. Il y a un arrĂȘt de bus juste devant l'unitĂ© pour vous emmener autour de Breckenridge, Keystone et Copper Mountain - TOUT GRATUITEMENT! Ski / location de vĂ©los sont dans la rue. Et le dernier mais non le moindre, Main St. (centre-ville) est un pĂątĂ© de maisons et c'est une promenade trĂšs facile Ă  explorer la ville.

Check in and out process was smooth. Perfect location! Close to downtown and shopping.Property was the most comfortable we have had in recent stays. Bed was super comfortable and living area with TV was nice as well. Plenty of room to stretch out. Interenet was reliable as well. Would stay here again.

We were a 5 minute walk to main street, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to access, communication with quick and prompt from owners. The condo was very clean. We didnt use much in the kitchen but did notice it was fully stocked to make meals. The hot tubs were easily accessible, and very nice.

What a beautiful, CLEAN condo in a perfect location. We have stayed at Cimmaron multiple times, but this is our favorite unit and will be from now on. Communication was awesome. We liked the key pad as opposed to keeping track of a key. Very, very clean with everything we needed. The location is perfect for our needs. The bed was amazing and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will be back again. I would give it 11 out of 10!!!

The location and condo were both wonderful. We enjoyed easy access to the downtown area by walking. The hot tub was a nice feature as well as being able to go swimming. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. The floor plan worked well for us. It was nice to have an elevator and the garage parking area. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

Mountain Getaway

My son and I had a great time in Breckenridge. The condo was exactly as described. Spotless and very well equipped. Perfect location for exploring downtown or heading out to all the nearby hiking trails. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

Highly Recommend

We had a great time at this condo! The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere. We never took our car out of the garage! Our kids are 5 and 7, so the guest bedroom was perfect for them. Our 5 year old slept on the hide-a-bed and I’d say up to a 7 year old could fit on it. Again, perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked and we didn’t even need to go out and get paper towels, etc. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Vacation and Stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Breckenridge! The location was perfect for skiing and walking to town. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and even mailed us back a jacket we left behind. We highly recommend this condo for a great vacation in Breckenridge!

Best sleep away from home!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was superb, offering easy access to the slopes and breathtaking mountain views. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, some of the best sleep I've had! The attention to detail in the condo's design and cleanliness was impressive. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. Overall, it was a five-star experience. Highly recommend!

Incredible rental

We completely fell in love with this property! The decor was beautiful and thoughtful (very well stocked kitchen); the location was perfect (never had to take our car out of the underground garage); and the hosts were the best (great communication, genuinely cared about our experience and lots of great recommendations of the area). Great Location for Skiing and Walking Downtown

Our group consisted of 2 couples, and the place was perfectly sized for our trip. The location is directly across from a shuttle stop if you're wanting to go to a further peak for skiing, or you can walk to the closest lift no problem. The condo was clean. We didn't spend too much time in the condo since we were skiing and wandering the town for most of our trip, but it was perfect for our stay.

Great location, well kept apt

I must address the check in first
.. we flew into Denver, drove in and arrived at 1.30, the cleaning service was there, so we left our bags in the car, and ate lunch, we returned thinking since it was clean already we could get into the apartment, but the code would not work until 4 PM, not 3. 58 not 3 . 59 but 4 PM! We had to be out by 10 AM on the day we were leaving which I think is way earlier than a hotel expects you to leave. The apartment is well located on the third floor, with a small balcony with a nice view of the trees, and it was very clean. The apartment is well furnished , good linens well stocked kitchen. Provided was paper towel , dishwashing soap , and soap for the washing machine and dryer sheets. The bathrooms were well stocked with large containers of soap shower gel etc. The hairdryer provided was good and in all, it was a well-kept very nice apartment. Varies heating in the apartment but we were there in the summer time and we had to keep all the windows and doors open. No air-conditioning but fans provided. The master bedroom had a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom had a queen size bed with a rollaway bed underneath. And the living room had a pull out couch, all with ample linens.

roomy and relaxing

After a few days of hiking in the Rockies, our family of 4 was looking for a place to spread out, relax, (and recover!) and enjoy the town at our own pace, and this condo is perfect. Beautiful, roomy, spotless, secure, and SO many amenities that we have not had included with other rentals including cozy blankets, coffee, and laundry soap, toiletries, etc. So close to town and activities, we did not move the car for 3 days after we parked for the rental. Don't hesitate to book this one :)

My wife and I live in Dallas, but have vacationed in Breckenridge for almost 20 years. The skiing and boarding is some of the best in the country!! When possible, I love to take advantage of all of the wonderful restaurants and outdoor activities that Breck has to offer as well!

As a host, I try to be as accessible and respectful to my guests as possible. If asked, I am happy to provide local tips on what to do and see in Breckenridge!
