Very nice large modern villa with swimming pool, 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen open to living and dining room, laundry room, patio, barbecue, parking and garden closed 5 minutes from the beaches.
The villa is located in a residential area just 300 meters from the Thau lagoon and a few steps from the sea, 5 minutes from the beaches by car or bicycle.
Bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, easy access for the disabled.

At the crossroads of Agde, Pézenas, Sète, Béziers, Carcassonne and Montpellier.
For a weekend or a week, close to the Haut Languedoc, at the crossroads of the Aude, Tarn, Aveyron, Lozère and Gard and only two hours away from Spain, stop off Marseillan, a charming, picturesque village with its port, its beautiful shops, good restaurants and friendly bars.
Moreover, numerous shops, wine cellars and its local market every Tuesday await.
Many sports and outdoor, tourism, fishing, boat, on foot or bike riding, kite surfing, sailing, windsurfing, diving, or just sunbathing and relaxing on the beach.

Perfect holiday villa

Location - on a quietish road 20 minutes walk to Marseillan and about an hour’s walk to Marseillan plage. House - secure parking, decent bedrooms, good aircon, fabulously well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room. Patio and Pool - dining table, low tables, lots of shade from sun, great pool in full sun, lots of pool towels. Garden - Really well maintained, great trees, particularly the Apricot and Fig trees. Host - Florence was a fabulous host, helped us with flexible checkin and checkout and was really helpful and friendly. Overall - we had a great time at this wonderful villa.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It is in a quiet location and a short drive or cycle from Marseillan Plage with its beautiful beaches, shops and a good selection of restaurants. Marseillan town/port is a 20-30 minute walk in the opposite direction and well worth a visit for a good selection of restaurants (excellent seafood) and also has an excellent market. We were met by Stephane who was very informative about the area and explained everything we needed to know about the villa. The hosts were great, they left us alone but were there for anything we needed. The villa is beautiful and very clean. It is very well equipped, beautifully decorated and the pool was perfect. There are lots of comfortable seating areas and plenty of sun beds. A very short walk across the road is a great little bakery which is well worth a visit each morning! It looks good in the photos and is even better in reality. We plan to visit again.

We hebben een fijne week gehad in Marseillan. De villa is zeer ruim en net. Heel mooi zwembad en tuin. Het contact met Florence verliep ook zeer vlot.

Villa -grossem Pool in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in Marseillan und können die Gastfreundschaft von Florence weiterempfehlen. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, hat viel Komfort, einen riesigen Pool und eine schöne gepflegte Umgebung . Alles ist sehr sauber und die Betten bequem Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Herrlich auch, dass wir jeden Morgen gleich um die Ecke frisches Brot, Croissants Pains au Chocolat, etc. kaufen konnten. Im gleichen Gebäude wie der Bäcker kann man am Abend auch leckere Pizzas to go bestellen oder es gibt auch die Möglichkeit ein paar Huitres zu essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This Villa is situated in the perfect spot for us. Close enough for a walk into town, yet in a quiet suburban setting. Superb beach 10 minutes drive away. Absolutely everything you need in the Villa and a superb pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic villa for a family holiday

We had a fanastic week-long stay at this villa. It's spacious, well-equipped, clean and well maintained and the outdoor areas are stunning. The ideal location for a peaceful family holiday relaxing by the beautiful pool. Florence and Stéphane were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. We would love to stay there again.
