Great house in a perfect location

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying at this house in Middletown. The house is large and very comfortably slept 10 people, and you can't beat the location right by the beach and a short Uber ride to downtown Newport.

Good Choice

  • 4 of 5

The location and size of the house were wonderful. We had a few glitches but the owner was very accommodating. There was plenty of cooking utensils, flatware and dishes for the 11 of us. The front burner on the stove wasn't working, but we worked around that.

Would surely rent this again.

Great option for a casual family gathering

  • 5 of 5

We booked this house for a family weekend, and it worked out really well. First off, the owners were really helpful and answered every question via email promptly and completely - always a great start! The house is big so everybody in our group was able to have their own private space, and also enjoyed time together on the porches. The parking is ample and easy, the area is quiet, it's really close to the beach, a short walk to Flo's seafood, and just a mile from the Cliff Walk. The furnishings are not fancy, but the beds are comfy and the house was clean, and the yard and surrounding yards are very well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in. We used the grill, and just enjoyed time together. It was a super weekend and we've talked about booking a weekend next year. Thank you!

The house is great for a group with easy access to the beach and downtown. The rooms were spacious and the home came equipped with everything you would need for entertaining purposes. Jim was incredibly responsive and helpful in setting up our weekend in Newport!

What an amazing weekend!!!

  • 5 of 5

We were there for a friends reunion and beach weekend and it couldn't have been better. The house could fit everyone with ease, rooms were big, clean , and comfy. The yard and wrap around porch were perfect for hanging out. The house was well stocked with everything we didn't even realize we needed. Even the neighbors were friendly and gave us extra chairs and let us borrow bocce ball. The proximity to the beach is what really sold it, it's less than a 5 minute walk away! It was a perfect weekend and we look forward to trying it again next year!

Stayed in the house for a weekend wedding that was taking place at the Easton Beach Rotunda on first beach & it was perfect. Very clean & comfortable. I have a huge family & each bedroom was perfect - 8 people stayed in house while many family members came over each day for lunch breaks while at the beach and dinners on the veranda & in the dining room. We went for runs through the neighborhood, walked through the nature preserve & on the cliff walk, played frisbee on the common area, the beach, and had all our family over for drinks before walking over to the wedding - it was the perfect spot and was a perfect weekend. Definitely an awesome house!
