There are two entrances to the house depending on where you park. If you park through the gate you will enter from the back into the kitchen. If you park in front of the gate or on the street you will enter through the front door into the living room. The front door has two steps in front of it. When you enter the front door you are put on the main floor which includes the living room with a sectional, flat screen TV, and another dining room table which can double as a work space. Directly to the left of the front door is the first bedroom with a queen bed. The second door in the bedroom leads to the hallway which includes another bedroom with two twin beds, next to that is a separate full bathroom with complete amenities. The kitchen is at the end of the hallway. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a small dining table, and a Keurig Machine with dark roast K Cups. There is a staircase leading downstairs by the back door in the kitchen which goes down to the basement. In the basement, you can find the laundry room. You can also find a large sectional, a large flat screen Smart-TV, and a ping pong table complete with paddles and ping pong balls. In the main floor hallway, there is another staircase that leads upstairs into a hallway where there are two bedrooms; one with a king bed and another with two twins. Each bedroom in the house has a built-in closet place with cupboards and drawers to store clothes and other items. Also upstairs is another full bathroom with all amenities. The house has a fully fenced backyard, a mother in law that is rented full time and a two car garage that is used for storage. The whole property is available for use except the garage and mother in law. Across the street is a large park with a track, playground, picnic area, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a public pool that is very budget friendly. The park is very nice to swim at and picnic in the summer months and in the winter it is the ideal spot for sledding. In the evening, there are many people around the neighborhood who like to stroll around the park with their children and pets. Also right by the park is the Yakima Valley Museum and the Museum Soda Shop.

Sparkling clean and perfect for groups
This house is very clean and comfortable. The basement with a ping pong table was a great bonus. Parking can get tight since there is no street parking but we could fit 2 trucks on the property no problem. The owner is very nice and always responds within minutes to any inquiries or messages.
Great stay in Yakima
This "little" house looks unimpressive on the outside. But, don't let the outer appearance influence you. It has been very nicely transformed into a comfortable home where the updates are tastefully done. It is extremely clean and well equipped without going overboard or leaving nothing out.
The bed was so comfy. There is a lot of room and a lot of character. Plus pets are allowed no matter how big...I have a large Goldendoodle.
The owner is extremely helpful if anything comes up. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place in Yakima. Great location.
This house was beautiful and very clean. We were close to some shopping. The beds were comfortable. The owner was responsive and she even sent a message to check on how it was going and if we needed anything. Great stay.
Lovely, clean, functional house with plenty of room
We loved our stay in this house. It was extremely clean and had room for our entire family. Furnishings are updated, simple, functional, and tasteful. Everything needed was provided, and everything worked. Fenced yard was great for our dogs, and we enjoyed sitting on the rain-sheltered back patio. We hope to return.
We loved this house!
This was perfect for our group! We will stay there again for sure. Clean and comfy and Monica is always wonderful to work with!
