About TRACY DUST
We call it the Hoosier Mama Annex because our boat, which is tied to an adjoining dock behind our home, carries the name "Hoosier Mama". We have also decided upon the Hoosier designation as a means to communicate our intention to promote mid western hospitality for our guests as a priority.
TRACY DUST purchased this House in 2016
Why TRACY DUST chose Weeki Wachee Gardens
This home is next to our home of 30 years. When we lost some great neighbors we decided to purchase this home and use it as seasonal rental property. This will allow us to share the delightful Weeki Wachee River with locals, out of state visitors or even out of country vacationers.
What makes this House unique
The home is located on a great street with exceptional neighbors. As well this canal connects to the Weeki Wachee River and then to the Gulf of Mexico. When you left at the T you will see old Florida on both banks all the way to the spring head. If you turn right you will see the nature coast all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. Fishing is great, waters are clear and the people are great! Once you hit the Gulf you can go north or south and experience great restaurants as well as fishing or scalloping.
