The Plaza Residences is a quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped, gated community in North Scottsdale. 1- bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located on the second floor and features custom paint; tile and wood flooring throughout; ceiling fans and a cozy fireplace in the living room. The living room features a pull out queen sized sofa, 48" flat screen TV and high-speed, wireless, password-protected internet service. Both the living room and the bedroom have ceiling fans and each opens onto the serene balcony patio overlooking where you can enjoy refreshing beverages or simply read a book. If you prefer to dine in, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and granite countertops. The laundry closet has a full sized washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent at your disposal. In the bedroom, you will have your best night's sleep on the KING size bed with a deluxe mattress and a 32" flat screen TV. Not to mention the oversized custom Elfa walk in closet with plenty of bath linens and pool towels for you and your guests. Relaxing getaway

Clean condo with everything we needed for a week stay. Nice quiet gated complex. Walking distance to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarters. Kay was responsive and provided detailed information for our stay from check in to check out. Highly recommend this condo!!

Mayo Clinic visit

We needed to take a quick trip to Mayo Clinic. It was so easy to book a rental in just a few weeks. The property is close to everything and very convenient. Our condo was so comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating.

Property located in a gated community in the center of Scottsdale. Close to shopping, restaurants, and all the Scottsdale has to offer. Owner is great. If you have any questions or concerns Kay is right there to help. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to taking another winter getaway at Kay's condo.

We were very specific in location to Kierland Commons. Short walk to places we routinely enjoy when we are in Scottsdale. Best VRBO hostess I have encountered, very attentive. The condo was well stocked so you did not have to run out the day of arrival to get basic necessities

Great value for location

I have lived in Scottsdale for 36 years so I know the good and safe neighborhoods. I stayed in Kay’s place for two months while remodeling my new home. She has stocked her place very well and was so happy to answer any questions. This gated community has a nice gym and oool. I met some very nice people. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed at the apartment while I underwent medical treatments in Scottsdale. It was perfect for us and had plenty of space for us to work from home there and not take off. The only issue we had was the internet ran slow during certain times of the day but my husband and I both had hotspots to use. This would not keep us from staying here again. We loved our stay and look forward to staying there again when I have further treatments.

LOVED IT

We had such a good time! Weather was perfect! Condo was exactly what we needed. The owner (who is wonderful) bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. Looking forward to renting it again next year!

Scottsdale Gem!

Kay’s condo is absolutely everything you see in the pictures and more! It’s decorated so cute and right away you feel like you’re at home. She has stocked it with everything you’d ever need - from kitchen items to bathroom and laundry supplies. The towels are fluffy and the king bed was perfect. The location is fantastic and we were very comfortable walking the neighborhood. We recommend 100% and would not hesitate to stay again! Thank you Kay - your generosity as a hostess is unmatched!

Great location and great condo

We loved every minute of our time. This condo was wonderful and Kay was a great host. Having a garage space was an added bonus that we didn’t expect but was great. We enjoyed the pool, exercise room, clubhouse in addition to the actual condo. In addition the people who live here are very nice. The location is very close to many shops and restaurants. We loved Scottsdale!!

Great Community Convenient to Kierland

The condo was very clean and Kay was very communicative. The location was within walking distance to Kierland Commons and a short drive to my son’s house as we were there to spend time with him and his family. We loved relaxing by the pool after a busy day!

Very comfortable and perfect location

We stayed at Kay’s condo for 3 weeks because our daughter lives in Scottsdale and was having a baby. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Definitely felt like our home away from home, and we got into a great routine. Close to as much shopping and restaurants as you would need. We would stay here again, but we just bought a house here!
