この素敵な家は1階にあり、美しい海の景色を望むテラスがある美しいダイニングルームであるアメリカンバーのあるキッチンで飾られています。 2階にはベッドルーム2室とバスルームがあります。

スペインの最も古代の自然港の一つ、カラフィゲイラに位置しています。

非常に静かなエリアで、リラックスしてゆったりと過ごすのに理想的です。

私たちのゲストは車を上方に駐車させ、素敵な階段を通って施設にアクセスする必要があります。




スペイン語の情報

どちらもスパイラル階段でつながった2階建ての約50㎡の家屋は、1階のキッチンに朝食バー、暖炉のあるリビングルーム、壮大なテラスがあります。 2階には2つの小さなお部屋とバスルームがあります。

島の最も古い自然漁港の一つ、Cala Figueraにある牧歌的な環境の中にあります。

家はモンドラゴの自然公園の近くにあり、そこには様々な風景があります。 細かい金色の砂浜、静かな海（Cala Santanyi、Cala Llombards、CalaMondragó、Playa de s'Amarador）がある島の最も美しいビーチは、車で5〜10分近く、自転車ではほとんどありません。 昼食と夕食には、家の近くに、素晴らしい景色とスペイン料理が揃った、海の上にとても良いレストランがあります。 一歩足を踏み入れると、毎日午後4時から午後5時の間のCala Figuera港があります。漁船は漁業から戻って彼らの漁獲量を示す。

毎週水曜日と土曜日には、宝石、典型的なソーセージ、ハム、チーズ、オリーブ、新鮮な野菜、果物、野菜など、最も多様な屋台を持つ美しい市場であるSantanyí（Cala Figueraから4km）服、音楽、ハンドメイドのお菓子..

Très agréable

Accueil top, la cala est très bien située pour rayonner à travers l'île.Le logement littéralement dans le port, il y a quelques marches à gravir pour s'y rendre. Le logement est très propre et l'ambiance sur la terrasse est magique. Nous recommandons vivement.

The best thing about this cottage is its location

As it happens, the property is no longer listed, so I don't know if this comment will even go online. First of all, it's important to know that you have to descend 108 steps to the property and then climb about a dozen. So you should be good on foot. Our host wanted us to pay in cash. We were naive enough to do that. I'm 41 and it was the most expensive price I've ever paid for accommodation (I let my partner get me carried away). Even my stay in Hawaii was cheaper. It later became clear that he didn't just want to save on platform fees. The furnishings were very modest and outdated. Cheapest tinware that you could bend between two fingers. I guess the oven is from the 80s (TEKA HE-610). The extractor hood was full of mold, holes in the fly screens. The bathroom is calcified and moldy, the shower cubicle is probably as old as the oven and correspondingly unappetizing, bathroom furniture with chipped corners and loose veneer. We complained about this in writing to the host. He simply said that he had a different opinion and that if we had any problems we should complain to the platform. Of course it was calculated that they wouldn't help us there because we paid in cash. Antonio, you not only cheated the platform but also us. Be sure karma will take care of it.

Traumhafte Lage; Einrichtung sehr verbesserungsfähig !!!

Die Lage ist einfach nicht zu toppen; einfach traumhaft der Blick von der Terrasse. Leider kein Zugang zu dem Tor im Ergeschoss.Sehr schwieriger Zugang (echte Klettertour !!!)mit Gepäck. Die Einrichtung ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sitzgarnitur, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Töpfe, Besteck und Pfannen uralt und nahezu unbrauchbar. Keine Sonnenliegen, 1 Weinglas im Haus.

Traditional property

It was lovely looking out onto to the water and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and watching all of the activity. I would say that you need to be fit and healthy to stay here though as access to the property is either via steps (in excess of 100!) or a bit of a scramble to the rear. This was not an issue for us, but could be if you have reduced mobility, or children. The spiral staircase in the property is also very steep and could be a problem for some.

Mémorable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Antonio et sa famille. Antonio a eu la patience de nous attendre à notre arrivée car le vol avait plus d'une heure de retard et nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin. Le logement est idéalement situé pour faire des visites. Il est au calme et la cala figuera est un très joli port. Je recommande vivement.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette ancienne petite maison de pêcheur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la communication parfaite avec la propriétaire ainsi que le charme, le calme et l'emplacement de cette maison. Nous espérons revenir prochainement.

Wohnen, wo andere Urlaub machen

Die Lage des kleinen Fischerhauses ist wirklich toll, ruhig und idyllisch am Ende der Bucht und des Wanderwegs zum Hafen von Cala Figuera gelegen. Über diesen Weg, der praktisch unter unserer Terrasse endete, spazierten tagsüber viele Touristen, fotografierten die schöne Umgebung und gaben uns damit das Gefühl, an einem wirklich besonderen Ort wohnen zu dürfen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses waren wie im Inserat beschrieben, die Vermieter super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, nur das Küchen-Equipment hat uns ein wenig enttäuscht. So gab es beispielsweise keine wirklich einsatzfähige Bratpfanne. Aber ansonsten war alles tipptopp.

Ein ruhiger gemütlicher Ort

Schon, gemütlich, es gibt alles was man braucht, nur die Spülmaschine fehlt. Wir haben das Schwimmen direkt vorm Haus genossen. Der Hafen ist wunderschön.

Meine Tochter und und ich hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem schnuckeligen Fischerhäuschen, es war wie eine Insel auf der Insel. Marcia ist sehr nett, und zuvorkommend und spricht perfektes Englisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort

Abseits der Touristenströme befindet sich dieses kleine Fischerhaus. Der Hafen ist ruhig und am Nachmittag hat man die Sonne auf dem Balkon. Die Anreise in einfach, auch wenn es die letzten Meter über eine Treppe hinunter zum Haus geht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Hausübernahme und Rückgabe absolut unproblematisch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Cala Figuera ist ein wunderschöner noch ursprünglicher Fischerhafen.

Das Haus ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Wir hatten hier wundervolle 12 Tage. Vom Schlafzimmer und dem schönen Balkon immer einen Blick in den Hafen. Eine wundervolle Ruhe und traumhafte Farben haben diesen Urlaub perfekt gemacht.

Unforgettable Holiday in Calo den Boira

Dear Macia. We have spent an unforgettable holiday in Cala Figuera. The house is very quiet and friendly, and is tastefully decorated . Our two children enjoyed the morning baths every day and the host showed us beautiful places for sunbathing and swimming, away from the tourist routes .
