Recientemente actualizado con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, pintura fresca y ropa de cama, obras de arte, etc. Situado en uno de los complejos más deseables en el pueblo. La unidad es la unidad final a nivel del suelo en el Edificio A. 2 dormitorios grandes. 2 baños. Condominio entero es 1160 pies cuadrados. Impresionantes vistas desde 2 lanais grandes. Muy cerca de la piscina compleja. Ubicado en la novena calle del campo de golf. Capacidad para 4 personas en privado y 6 si desea utilizar colchón de aire. Heavenly Getaway

We spent three weeks in this lovely Condo as we were celebrating a 50 Year Wedding Anniversary. This place we agree is our favorite after staying at different condos on the island. Sunsets were magnificent from the lanai. If lucky enough to again visit the Big Island, we would definitely check with Denise to see if it’s available.

Nice rental but needs AC

We rented this condo for 9 days in September 2024. Check-in was very easy with a key box. The directions to the place were easy to follow from the Kona Airport. The property is located on a golf course and the property offers a very nice pool, easy parking, and well-kept grounds. In September, it is warm and humid and the condo does not have AC but it is equipped with ceiling- and several stand alone fans. To be comfortable during the day and night, AC is necessary, however we were told the HOA does not allow them. The property is quiet at night until about 2 am, when the sprinklers activate to water the golf course each morning followed by course maintenance equipment driving by the windows kept open to keep the property cooler at during the night. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the owner was very responsive to questions. Location at Waikoloa is convenient with a grocer, gas, and restaurants nearby and short drives to Waimea, North Kohala and Hamakua coast. Sunsets are also spectacular from the property patio.

Wonderful in Waikoloa

The unit was stocked with everything you could need from all kinds of kitchen ware to boogie boards and sand chairs! We loved the closeness to the pool and especially our coffee every morning and dinner each night on the lanai. The pool and shuffleboard was enjoyed every day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, convenient space!

Great stay - but a little glitch at the beginning

The location was great - a little far (20 mins) from the Kona beaches, but worth it for the cooler temperatures at night. Kitchen was well-stocked, and they provided all the beach paraphernalia you could ask for. Only glitch was getting the wrong entry code and being shut out of the condo late the first night. But Denise was as responsive as could be and did her best to rectify the problem. Overall a great stay. (and the wild turkey visits were welcome too.)

Comfortable and spacious

The condo was a great home base for our week on the island. Lots of space, clean. Beds were very comfortable and it was so convenient to have beach gear available.

Waikaloa village condo

This was a wonderful location for exploring the area north of Kona. The hostess was so helpful in sharing places and things to do in the area and was easy to contact if one had any questions. The condo itself was just great and included anything one might need. It was very peaceful, quiet and had wonderful golf course and sunset viewsl Hope to be back soon and would highly recommend!!

Great stay on the Big Island

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was a great fit for our family of 4. We very much appreciated having 2 bathroom -- especially with our two 20 year old girls with us. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Denise was excellent -- especially when we were subject to evacuation because of the wildfires on the island. Denise kept us notified of the government alerts, and was reassuring that we would be able to work things out even with the possibility of us having to leave on our scheduleded fllight without our luggage. Fortunately, the evacuation order was lifted and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation! I would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Different location

I’ve stayed in many places on the dry side of the Big Island. Previously, I was always closer to the ocean. Despite the small added distance, we really loved the condo and the location.

Nice Place If You Don’t Need To Be Near The Beach

This place is an apartment/condo within a complex. It’s inland and about a 20 minute drive to the coast. The apartment is clean and in good shape. Beach chairs and coolers provided. All necessary amenities provided. Comfortable mattress. Small washer/dryer set. Very close to large grocery store. Lanai looks out onto a golf course green with the ocean far in the distance. Unless you need to stay at a place by the water, this is a perfectly fine place to stay. Denise, the owner, is friendly and informative in her email communications.

Great location and unit for family visit to big island!

This location was perfect for our family trip to explore the big island! It's a short walk to the pool, and a short drive (less than 3 minutes) to an onsite grocery store and a food court. The unit itself has absolutely everything you need! Fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils to prepare your own meals, along with portable chairs and boogie boards for the beach. They even provided a couple coolers and ice packs for day treks. Thank you Denise for all the thoughtful and helpful touches!

Escaping Winter in Waikoloa

We had a wonderful time....enjoyed the lovely accommodations and beautiful westerly view. We liked the fact that we were so close to one of the pools, just a short walk from the condo. And since we ‘dine in’ about 95% of the time while we are on the Big Island, my husband really liked being so close to one of the community use grills that are located at the pool area. And we loved being able to eat our meals on the nice dining table out on the lanai. We have stayed in other units in this complex when we have escaped from Minnesota for winter, but this unit is the nicest, by far that we have rented. And we are looking forward to staying here once again in 2022. Mahalo😎

My husband and I are celebrated our 33rd Anniversary this year. We were high school sweethearts who grew up on the Southern California Coast. We raised twin daughters who are awesome. We coached many a sports teams. I have a teaching degree but worked mostly government jobs and in real estate. My husband spent 30 years in juvenile corrections and recently retired. We spend most of our time caring for our parents and the animals on our small ranch in Northern California when we are not in HI or traveling.

We have been coming to Hawaii since 1985. After making our way around the different islands, we fell in love with the complexity of the Big Island. Laid back yet so much to do if you want. We have been returning to the Big Island annually for about 10 years and finally decided we wanted to spend a little more of our newly retired time here.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We enjoy the drier, warmer, clearer skies of the Kohala area. This particular unit was appealing to us because it is a single story (handicapped accessible for my parents) but still has a great view! We love the view the best and the large lanais to enjoy it from.
