Location was great. And check in instructions were great as well. After that is went downhill. Sheets had obviously not been changed. Not only was there hair in the bed, but on the pillow. I called the property management company, thinking there would be someone manning the phones. I wanted clean sheets. It was 11:30 pm, so it was late, ( we had gotten there late), we kept doing a phone tag thing, and I was sent a text saying that they were with another customer so texting would be faster. I texted abouy how dirty it was, she called back. She informed me it HAD been cleaned 2 days ago and I could leave right then and she would refund my money. I wanted clean sheets. I brushed off the sheets as best I could and sprayed it all down with Lysol that I always carry with me. Also, the floor had not been swept, garbage was in the dresser and night stand drawers, soap pump bottles had been filled with water, dish washing liquid was empty, makeup towels in bathrooms were dirty, there was a shirt on the floor in the master bedroom and a swimsuit out on the deck. Chair in the bedroom was stained. Hair all over the bathroom floor, the nightstands were covered in dust and other little things. Our friend wanted some cereal and the first 3 bowls he took from the cupboard were dirty. We bought Clorox wipes and wiped down everything. It also needed repairs. The fridge leaked, the toilets either didn't flush well or were loose, front door was hard to close and lock.
