Large fully renovated house of over 200m2 comprising 6 bedrooms (each with a double bed, including 2 160cm beds), 2 bathrooms (including a master suite directly overlooking the swimming pool). There is a TV in each room.
Large living / dining room. (large TV, Canal +, DVD player and lots of DVDs for children and adults.)
The kitchen is open to the living room and opens onto the terrace: microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine.
Cellar with a second fridge / freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The house is very bright and fully equipped on a 1000m2 fenced and flowered garden. You will find all the comfort that one seeks on vacation. You will stay in a very calm environment where you can rest and you will have a large swimming pool (11 by 5) to have fun or relax. The swimming pool is protected by barriers. There is a bubble cover that keeps the pool at 28 degrees.
This villa is ideal for holidays with family and friends. In the garden, you will find a large trampoline, a swing, an outdoor wooden lounge with gas barbecue.
The house is located in a very quiet residential area. You must respect the tranquility of the place and the neighbors and therefore do not practice noisy activities in the garden. (no music, no screams, no noisy games).
You benefit from the household linen: the beds are made on your arrival and you will find all the basic products (condiments, dishwashing liquid, sponge, cloths, etc ...)
You will have a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer.
You will have internet access.
Possibility of loan of a baby bed and a high chair.

Located between Bordeaux and Lacanau, you can make a stay with different activities: the ocean and its immense beaches (from Lacanau to Porge), the marvelous city of Bordeaux where it is good to live in summer, its port, its vines with great classified growths from the Médoc, the Arcachon Basin for oyster farming, its beaches, its Pyla dune and finally the Cap Ferret peninsula. You will also find the Médoc golf course a stone's throw from the house and its spa.

When booking, a contract will be sent to you: 50% deposit on booking with the signing of the rental contract. Then balance 60 days before your stay.
