Perfect, relaxing cabin by the river. We enjoyed the stay very much including fishing, hot tub, campfire. The beds are comfortable and all areas clean.
It was an absolutely beautiful cabin. It is ideally laid out with multiple floors for rooms to spread out! The river flowing is so very peaceful! We enjoyed getting in the river and having fires by the firepit by the river! Host was perfect and place was well stocked with the basic necessities! We will definitely visit again! Also very close to shopping and restaurants!!!
Everything was as described. This is an awesome place and very peaceful. We will be back to stay here again!Kitchen well supplied and all the seating areas have plenty of comfortable chairs.
Absolutely wonderful place! We had a welcoming present and all we needed to cook and stay in a place that felt like home away from home but, with a much better view and relaxing atmosphere! Thank you so very much for the cleanliness and hospitality!
The host was very responsive from the time of booking all the way through checkout. The cabins were nice and perfect for our families. Would love to come back in the summer!
We absolutely loved our stay at Rapids Echo! The cabin was spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out without feeling crowded. The cabin was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Our favorite part was spending the mornings on the porch overlooking the river, drinking coffee and just relaxing to the peaceful sounds of the water. In the evenings, we grilled out and enjoyed sitting in the screened porch listening to the river and unwinding after the day.Even though it rained most of the time we were there, it honestly didn’t bother us at all because the cabin was so cozy and relaxing. The location is perfect — it feels like you’re completely tucked away in the mountains, yet you’re only about 5 minutes from stores and restaurants. It’s also just a short drive to downtown Ellijay and about 30 minutes to Blue Ridge. We’ve stayed in several cabins over the years, and Rapids Echo has definitely been one of our favorites. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!
We had an amazing time at the cabin. We sat out on the porch facing the water every morning and enjoyed our coffee. What an amazing view. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back. :)
We had a wonderful time. Lots of deer and geese. Very relaxing. I did have some issues with dishes not being clean. We had to wash a lot of them and realized when unloading the dishwasher, the soap door wouldn't open. May be why dishes were dirty. Also there were some balls of furry dog hair in the house and on cloth furniture. All issues we could fix ourself. Otherwise we loved it. Hosts were great when we called lost, he even came and took us to the house.
Everything was perfect! Cabin was well stocked- very clean- we loved the hot tub, the firepit, the gas fireplace- beds were so comfortable- cannot wait to go back!! Thanks for making our Christmas family getaway so wonderful!
This cabin is perfect for just chilling out and enjoying the scenery. It was really well furnished and had plenty of space for a family of 5. Highly recommend!
The house was perfect for our family of 6! The host was very responsive and pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The river view is spectacular. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit which is right by the river bank. It was a just what we were looking for to get away from the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Highly recommend!
Everything was great at this property. Essential needs were provided like, foil, garbage bags, dish soap, some spices, hair dryer etc.The property is in such a great area. The water flowing in front of the property was so nice to just sit by the fire or on the deck and watch the deer come to drink. They are quite friendly and came right up to the deck.
This is our third time we have stayed here. For our family it couldn't be in a better location. One sister lives in the neighborhood, another flies in from Florida, and we drive down from Michigan. You cant beat the view from the front porch. Its perfect.
Cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is we’ve been here at least six times and we don’t wanna go anywhere else. The host are fantastic. The house is immaculate has every single thing you can need. The River is perfect.
The sound of the peaceful river rapids and the view from this cabin can't be beaten. The fire pit and the hot tub are in perfect locations to soak it all in. The cabin was well appointed for all of our needs. The comfortable beds made for a great night's rest! Would definitely love to stay here again!
