We enjoyed our stay so much! The view from the porch is beautiful and the sound of the river was very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable with very nice linens and the cabin is nicely decorated. The host was responsive and gave great check in information.

This place is incredible! It is truly a paradise … the Echo River rapids rush by you as you sit by a fire, on various porches ,and enjoying nature!! The home is decorated to perfection, so comfortable, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We never wanted to leave. We prepared delicious meals in a large state of the art kitchen! We are already planning our next trip!

We have stayed in several cabins in the Elijay area and this is our favorite. Sitting on the porch, listening to the sound of the rapids was very therapeutic.

Cozy, serene, and beautiful cabin right on the Coosawattee river. The cabin was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and had so many places to sit outside to enjoy the view or just listen to the river. The hot tub had a great view of the river as well. This was our first visit to Elijay and we loved this property. It seemed remote but was 15-20 min from downtown Elijay. The neighborhood is gorgeous, quiet, and safe.The hosts were very very responsive when communicating with us about our stay. The cabin was well stocked with everything that we needed. We visited in Oct so we didn’t go tubing, but tubes were available for use. We loved the location and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Mandy and Doug were great hosts.

Perfect, relaxing cabin by the river. We enjoyed the stay very much including fishing, hot tub, campfire. The beds are comfortable and all areas clean.

Everything was as described. This is an awesome place and very peaceful. We will be back to stay here again!Kitchen well supplied and all the seating areas have plenty of comfortable chairs.

It was an absolutely beautiful cabin. It is ideally laid out with multiple floors for rooms to spread out! The river flowing is so very peaceful! We enjoyed getting in the river and having fires by the firepit by the river! Host was perfect and place was well stocked with the basic necessities! We will definitely visit again! Also very close to shopping and restaurants!!!

This cabin is nothing short of amazing. The owners have provided a well stocked kitchen . There are little thoughtful touches everywhere. All the furniture is so comfortable. And the beds!!! I’m looking to find those sheets!!! It’s very well laid out so that if you want private time or together time, it’s perfect for both.It’s right on the river and a very fun tube or kayak/canoe experience to start upstream and put out at the house. Or….. just sit on the many Adirondack chairs and listen to the soothing river. We will now not have to search for cabins in this area because this is the one !!! Hopefully we will go back many times to visit when the mountains call us . . Thank you so much, Mandy and Doug, for the thoughtfulness you have provided for guests in every single room. ( and outside) !

Everything was perfect! Cabin was well stocked- very clean- we loved the hot tub, the firepit, the gas fireplace- beds were so comfortable- cannot wait to go back!! Thanks for making our Christmas family getaway so wonderful!

We had an amazing time at the cabin. We sat out on the porch facing the water every morning and enjoyed our coffee. What an amazing view. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back. :)

The house was perfect for our family of 6! The host was very responsive and pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The river view is spectacular. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit which is right by the river bank. It was a just what we were looking for to get away from the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rapids Echo! The cabin was spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out without feeling crowded. The cabin was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Our favorite part was spending the mornings on the porch overlooking the river, drinking coffee and just relaxing to the peaceful sounds of the water. In the evenings, we grilled out and enjoyed sitting in the screened porch listening to the river and unwinding after the day.Even though it rained most of the time we were there, it honestly didn’t bother us at all because the cabin was so cozy and relaxing. The location is perfect — it feels like you’re completely tucked away in the mountains, yet you’re only about 5 minutes from stores and restaurants. It’s also just a short drive to downtown Ellijay and about 30 minutes to Blue Ridge.We’ve stayed in several cabins over the years, and Rapids Echo has definitely been one of our favorites. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!
