Best room we’ve had in keystone! Very clean, super close to the ski lift. Owner very quick to respond and on top of everything! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.
We enjoyed our stay! Place had everything we needed and more!Only thing I wish it had was Ac but of course we live in the south and used to our ac on 68 and a fan. We did sleep well, with the doors open. Definitely would do it again! The host of this place is amazing, they answered any questions we had and were so nice!
Along with the condo being in a great location it was clean, easyto get to, and worth looking at next time we visit Keystone. Parking was close and easy. The owners are thoughtful and provided check in information and contact information should we needed anything in a timely manner.
I stayed in this condo for a weekend of skiing Abasin with a friend, to attend an annual trip a group of our local friends put together. This unit shows up just how it's listed - clean, lovely and great location. Especially great if you are looking to ski Keystone as you can literally walk to the lifts (note that Keystone closes earlier in the season than Abasin, for out of towers looking to schedule ski vacations). The owner was extremely communicative and made sure everything was good to go before and after the trip. Highly recommended!
The condo, located on the top (3rd) floor of the Arapahoe building was nicely decorated and appointed. The owners have upgraded with new appliances and the decor was very well done. The one thing that would make it better would be to inventory the kitchen utensils and make sure there is enough of everything (silverware, glasses, etc).
Excellent location at Riverrun with convenient parking. Has to be one of the shortest walks to the gondola. Hideaway bed in very comfortable with a memory foam available.
This unit is very efficient in every way. You are steps away from everything. It's around a 3 minute walk to the gondola, and the ski rental, grocery/liquor stores and shopping are literally right outside the building. Great heated garage and free laundry facilities were great too. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!
Typical of condos in Keystone village. Small but comfortable. Nice bed and linens. Needs some upkeep like knobs on dresser and some place to hang towels. Biggest issue is very slow tub drain so you’re standing in 4” of water by time shower is done. I assume all this will get fixed.
Great location but not so great sleeping accommodations
The listing says the master bedroom has a queen bed but it’s a FULL and the mattress and boxspring must be the original because you roll in the middle. The pull out bed from the couch isn’t a usual pull out with mattress. You are sleeping on uneven sections of the couch. It was dealable for our 14 year old but even he said his back was hurting and we used the available mattress pad. Can’t beat the location but the owner needs to get new sleeping arrangements. We have stayed at all the condos in Keystone village. This was the closet by far, but the most uncomfortable and for the money it needs some updates.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience.
I wanted to clarify that the master bedroom does have a queen-sized bed. In fact, both the mattress and box spring were recently replaced with a brand-new queen set to ensure guest comfort.
As for the pull-out sofa, many guests have shared wonderful experiences with it and we also provide a thick memory foam-based mattress topper for those who would like additional plush comfort.
That said, your comments are helpful, and we’ll absolutely take them into consideration as we continue making updates. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with an even better experience.
The condo was as described. The sleeper sofa is in need of replacement. However, adding the mattress top helped. I spoke to the owner prior to our stay who stated the sleeper sofa would be replaced this summer. A few other things that would have improved our stay. Fix/replace hair dryer-I was there for a wedding. Dryer didn't work so I had to leave with wet hair. Add more lighting-condo felt too dark. Add screen on the door so you can leave it open at night. Also, add a full length mirror. Despite all of these minor suggestions, I would stay there again.

Hi Biviana,
Thank you for your review and suggestions. The sleeper sofa was replaced with a brand new sofa bed which is now really comfortable. We have also added a fan with a light kit in the bedroom which really brightens up the place! In addition, we added a full length mirror in the bedroom. As for the hair dryer, we tested it after your stay and did not have any issues with it. The dryer is usually left unplugged and needs to be plugged in and switched on. If you encounter this issue again during your stay, please reach out to us and we can have maintenance come by and take a look.
We hope to host you and your family again!
Take care,
Romi
Condo was adorable and fully stocked. We had a great time! The condo had literally everything we could have needed. Was very clean and well decorated. Owner was really nice answering questions I had. Check in was super easy. The parking garage is awesome we didn't ever have to worry about leaving things in the car or having to walk in the cold to get to the car

Great location, Poor description
Very overpriced, you are only paying for the convenience to River Run Village. Pictures are very deceiving. Small and should be updated for the price. After long days of skiing you should have a comfortable bed and couch. Here you will get neither one. Very uncomfortable couch and bed. Very outdated shower. Dirty carpet, hair dryer didn’t even work. Small for 2 people and all the ski gear, not sure how it could even fit 4 like it says.
My husband and I left a day early and got a nice hotel for a cheaper price. We were looking forward to our stay and were very disappointed. Only plus is the location to River Run. Will be back to Keystone, but not to this condo unfortunately.

We had an excellent stay - Romi (owner) provided world-class customer service/communication prior to and upon arrival. SummitCove (property mgmt) provided the same world-class experience by offering curbside check-in, express check-out and letting us keep the car in the garage for a few hours after the 10am checkout without additional cost. The unit is located in the heart of River Run Village, an easy/short walk to the gondola ski lift via a non-crowded pathway by the ski school ~ 4 mins. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
The property was very nice, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the short walk to the lifts, restaurants and shopping. The heated garage was also a big plus. Very pleased with our stay!

Location location location!
Great unit, parked the truck on Friday, didn’t get back into it until Monday. Easy walk to the gondola, restaurants, etc..
Only thing to improve on is a better sleeper sofa, but still doable with current one.
Owner was great to work with, very quick to respond.

Great place, amazing location
Had a great weekend at the condo! Convenient garage parking and helpful staff for check in. Location is super close to the river run gondola, just a short walk to the slopes. Really dug the bars and food right there as well. Complex has a hot tub outdoors, was quite fun visiting on a frigid evening :) highly recommended.

Great location, Quiet and Cozy during Off-season
My wife and I decided to get out of Denver for a weekend and booked this condo in Keystone. It was perfect for what we were looking for, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again during the ski season!
Living situation: The condo itself had high ceilings and seemed more spacious than 504 square feet. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed - pots and pans for cooking eggs and bacon for breakfast, pint glasses and wine glasses, corkscrews, bottle openers, and utensils. The bedroom had a good sized TV as did the living room. The twin bed was comfortable. The fireplace in the living room kept us warm and cozy at night - even during summer months, it can get chilly up there.
Check-in: quick and simple. They have luggage carts next to the elevator in the parking garage to haul all your stuff up in one run.
Off-season Pros: QUIET! Only a handful of units were occupied. The coffee shop in the Village was actually open and they served breakfast and lunch.
Off-season Cons: Other than coffee shop, the rest of the Village was shut down during our stay, but Snake River Saloon (less than a mile away) was open and was fantastic! I highly recommend it for a good steak dinner and/or just lounging at the bar.
Peak season: We didn't stay here during the ski season but could only imagine how perfect this location is. Walking out the elevator on the first floor you are next to the ski rental shop and the lines to ski! The bars and restaurants in Keystone Village are also right next to the condo building. Had they been open when we stayed there, we wouldn't have left the Village, except maybe to go to Snake River Saloon.
