Pool & hot tub. Large 5 bedroom (plus bonus room), 3 full bath, 2 half bath townhouse. Sleeps 15. Private inground heated Pool and hot! Sit on the decks or by the pool and watch spectacular sunsets with an unobstructed view of the bay. Pool will have plenty of built in bench seating and a hot tub for cooler days and nights. Best of both worlds with the beach 5 min walk and pool in your back yard!! This is a perfect location with a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, playground, Kayak Pier, Fish Alley and 1 block to the library. This beautiful home has two suite bedrooms. BR#1 is on the top floor next to kitchen with full bath, king size bed, window seat and smart TV (sleeps 2). BR#2 on middle level with full bath, deck with view of the bay, smart TV (sleeps 2), BR#3 has queen size bed, window seat, smart TV and next to the hall bath (sleeps 2). BR#4 has full and twin beds, smart TV (sleeps 3), BR#5 has full bed with a roll out trundle bed, smart TV, (sleeps 3). Bonus Room: Two sofa/sleepers with queen pull out beds. Oversized chair/pull out bed (Bonus room sleeps 5). Two large decks with amazing bay views. New carpets in all bedrooms (2024). Parking for 6 cars (rare in SIC!). Extra refrigerator in oversized garage is nice for packing cooler for the beach! Flat screen smart TVs, high speed internet, gas fireplace, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, Central A/C, ceiling fans, dishwasher, coffee maker, enclosed outside shower, washer/dryer, and iron. Just drop your bags and enjoy everything Sea Isle has to offer!

Great place and location for family beach vacation

The house was great for our vacation - we had our extended family stay comfortably. Not far from the beach and 3 deck/patio areas to enjoy the nice view. Only a few issues/considerations: many levels/steps can be difficult for some, many lightbulbs were out and there were other minor maintenance needed, but Mark was very responsiveness and otherwise the property had everything we needed for a nice stay.

SHH! This property is a diamond in the ruff! Perfect size for my sisters and I and our families. Beautiful home with all the amenities and more. Location is ideal - beautiful sunsets and a few blocks from beach, restaurants, and shops. Mark & Mary are the ideal hosts :)

Beautiful Home in a Stellar Location

This home was beautiful and spacious with a stunning view of Sea Isle sunsets. Staying bayside is a new experience for my family and we loved it. The owner, Mark, graciously answered all of my questions and our back-and-forth communication was excellent. My family unanimously agreed that we would stay at this beautiful property again. My wife and have been going to SIC since college and finally bought in 2018. This is our dream shore house that we make available to other for a weeks during the summer months.

Why they chose this property

This location is arguably the best spot in SIC. It is one of the most narrow spots on the island so you are close to the beach and bay. The sunsets are hard breathtaking and makes for a perfect end to a day at the beach. A quick walk to town, the beach playgrounds, etc. without the noise and crowds. No need to drive anyway....

What makes this property unique

There is extra parking for up to 5 cars which is very valuable during the peak summer months. Rare to find a rental that is this tastefully decorated, perfect location and offers so many extras...
