Access to the apartment:
Located on the hill closest to the sea in Nice (altitude 52m), the apartment is south facing, in a closed park of a castle, facing the sea, on the ground floor of a building.
The apartment is in direct access from the outside, by a staircase of a few steps only, without going through the interior of the building. You have the whole apartment at your disposal as well as private terrace. From the terrace, you can go directly into the garden of the condominium (especially for children, while respecting the tranquility of other residents). The parking is free (no space allocated) and limited to one car per apartment, the locations are narrow and better suited to city cars or compact (about 4 m long). For larger vehicles, possibility of renting additional parking nearby.

This summer, we're going mountain in hinterland of Nice, allowing us to offer our apartment for rent.
On the private terrace closed, a bike, a scooter and games are available for children. Facing the apartment and direct access to the garden is flat, completely closed and children are there directly under the supervision of parents.
2 adult bikes are available as well as beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrella ...).
A door into the garden provides a shortcut to go down to the town and beach.
Accommodation suitable for families with children: folding cot with mattress, 2 car booster seats, toys, children's books, table, bicycle child (7-9 years), scooter.

Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Pets not allowed. Do not smoke in the house.

The accommodation must be left in clean condition at the start.
We are near the Museum of Fine Arts, in the park of the Chateau de la Tour, in the quiet residential area of "Baumettes", small hill of Nice, the nearest to the sea, giving the middle of the Promenade English. We are 500 meters from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches - within 10 minutes walk of the monitored public beach of Poincare (with the aid station) and private beach Florida Beach, 1 km to the Hotel Negresco and Rialto cinema, 2 km from Place Massena and the old town, 3 km from the port and the airport, 1 km from the railway station. Jean Medecin public pool 700 m, tennis lessons Nice LTC imperial park at 1 km. County park Estienne d'Orves 1 km.
So we appreciate being able to walk with quick access to the sea or in the city and to return and find the calm of the neighborhood.
At the foot of the district, rue de France, you have restaurants and the necessary shops (bakery, pharmacy, food ...) and a market on Thursday morning.
Bus access 2 mins walk - bus and tram network serves the entire city (city center, railway station, airport). Buses inter urban routes used to go to Cannes, Monaco, ... or in the hinterland and the mountains (Mercantour Park ...) the train station is 20 minutes walk (Trains to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco ...). Taxis possible. Access to the airport in 15 minutes by car. Car Rentals at the airport or the train station. Points withdrawal of electric cars "Auto Bleue" bike stations and self-service "Blue Route" within 10 minutes walk.
You can come to Nice by plane or train, and during your stay, so it is not necessary to have a car.
