Apartment has been entirely renovated this year (including new furniture and equipment) by a well know designer in the region.

Darling elegant flat

Beautiful and with all the amenities. Nora checked us in and was a delight! Comfortable beds. So pretty and clean with amazing views from the windows. Can't wait to come back!

Good place in Nice

Property was very clean and a short distance to the beach. The A/C was not powerful and it was hot sleeping, and the mattresses and pillows were not great, but otherwise the apartment was true to the advertisement.

Central location & greeted by a lovely lady.

Great location, just a walk away from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, shops & supermarkets. The housekeeper was excellent & at the end of a phone call. She was great as waited to meet us at the end of our late flight. Then informing us of the local area. Anything we needed she responded directly through WhatsApp quickly. No issues. Will 100% come back to this apartment. Had a great family holiday.

Not a luxury flat! Not enough beds for our group of 10 while property labeled sleeps 11. Lack of necessary commnunication from owner and wrong address was provided. Property lacks everything including toilet paper, gabage bag, etc. etc. so we had to go to grocery to buy all daily stuff. Owner only wants to collect money but not provide necessarties for guests stay. Not a good experience.

Great Christmas holidays

We have just come back from 1 week over Christmas in this newly refurbished holiday home and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The flat was amazing, refurbished upon luxurous standards (even a master bedroom with a very big bath where our children could play like in a small swimming pool). The flat has been decorated with taste and the period features gives to the appartment a lot of charm. Our children has a fantastic time. We had very mixed weather but it was expected in December. We still managed to have breakfast on the little terrace with view on the main square which was very pleasant (the Bakery is litteraly opposite the building and they make delicious croissants and chocolate croissants). The house was very clean & the bathrooms immaculate-much nicer than many 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and promenade des anglais and there are many restaurants in the area in your want to have a nice dinner outside. There is plenty of choice. We would highly recommend this flat. The Lavanture Family

Le problème quand on annonce que l appartement est climatisé et qu il ne s agit en fait que du salon cuisine salle à manger c est que les hôtes sont TRÈS déçus. Les chambres ne disposaient d aucune climatisation mais de pauvres petits ventilateurs insuffisants. Bref inadapté pr les séjours chauds et annonce mensongère.

Spacious Diamond in the rough apartment

This 4 bedroom spacious, well located apartment is a good value for size and neighborhood. With a little extra care, this place could be amazing. Highlights - size, spacious, beautiful tall ceilings, good communication with host who accommodated our early check in request. Things that need improvement - AC was biggest issue. We booked this apartment in August ONLY looking at places with AC which was listed. However, upon arrival we discovered only 1 of the 4 bedrooms had AC and it had to be vented out an open window which was not ideal. There was also a unit in living area that helped cool the main area but the guests in other 3 bedrooms had a hard time sleeping with heat and just a small fan. This was a deal breaker for us. Other negatives: construction outside with noisy jack hammering, no toiletries - not even a bar of soap which we had to go out and buy along with toilet paper since we were left 1 roll in each bathroom for 6 people and 5 days. It would be nice to leave some very basics like coffee filters, salt & pepper, toilet paper, soap, etc... Overall furnishings were a bit cheap and shoddy. I think with a little more TLC this place has the potential to be a great 5 star rental.

Spacious apartment close to the beach are the only real qualities of this apartment in Nice. It is not a luxury designer flat! It was difficult to communicate with the manager who only spoke French which is understandable since we are in France. However, the booking agent clearly understood we could only communicate in English but provided no other ways to help us communicate with the manager once we arrived. It was very difficult to reach the manager once arriving luckily our taxi driver assisted in French and was able to reach her to get access and drop our bags. There was no opportunity to check-in early. We had to wait until the afternoon to check-in. Again, not very practical since most international flights from the US arrive in the morning and the airport is only a 15 minute taxi drive. We were told there was AC which is true with one small ductless wall mounted AC in the living room and portable AC in one of the bedrooms that requires venting through the window that needs to remain open and defeats the purpose of the AC in the first place. After that the other 3 bedrooms had desk fans. The temperature in July is high 80's to low 90's with a real feel of over 100 F with the humidity level around 60% every day. Needless to say it was a struggle to find any relief from the heat. We were awakened the first morning by the heavy construction occurring outside the building that started at 6:30am every morning thereafter. Again a failure by the property manager to disclose this detail at the time of booking. Overall, the apartment had a lot of room but very hot. The value for this space is good however, as the old adage goes "you get what you pay for" so buyer beware.

C'est pourtant un quartier central, très prise, proche de tous commerces, de la Promenade des Anglais donc de la plage et de l'hôtel Negresco..... Tout dépend de ce que l'on recherche....

Excellent location

The host is very nice, we needed to check in earlier, and he accommodated our needs. The apartment is 4 blocks from the beach, the location is very good, with an amazing bakery near by, a very good pizzaria and ice cream place. We liked a lot the apartment.

Fantastisk lägenhet😊 välstädat och bra läge. Har haft mycket kommunikation med fastighetsägaren som alltid snabbt svarat på mina mail. Pga Corona visste vi ju inte om det blev en resa eller ej. Rekommenderar varmt denna lägenheten där allt stämmer i beskrivningen. Stora sovrum med bra förvaring. 2 toaletter, 3 duschar. Smakfullt möblerat. Toppen👍

bon séjour

nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Nice. l'appartement est bien situé et agréable. la clim dans la pièce à vivre a été appréciée! le nouveau tram est à 200 m!!! par contre, l'adresse transmise automatiquement par le site n'est pas la bonne. n'hésitez pas à contacter les propriétaires par mail pour avoir confirmation.

Fantastic

Having now returned to the UK we would like to send you our thanks and appreciation at allowing us to stay in your amazing flat! We had a fantastic time, made even better by Mrs Nora, a lovely lady, who allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier and therefore make the best of our first day, which was very kind of her. We had some lovely meals in local restaurants, swam at the beach, went paragliding, drank at the beach bars and took the train to Monaco for the day. The flat was very spacious, comfortable and clean, an absolute pleasure staying there. The supermarkets were really close to hand which was wonderful. We would like to say a very big thank you and we would definitely recommend it!

Great location!

We stayed for almost a week with our three kids. The apartment provided everyone with their own bedroom which was great. There are enough bathrooms, so everyone could be ready on time which is important when traveling with teenagers. The apt. is in a great location within walking distance to the Promenade des anglais, Negresco hotel and the breath-taking beaches! The bus station to go to St. Paul or Cannes is 10 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a patisserie with great quiches, croissants and bread right across the intersection. Monique was really helpful by providing information via email. We would love to visit again!

Spacious apartment with good location

Very nice apartment with great location. The apartments listing description of location, layout and facilities was same that in the internet. The apartment was clean and well equipped and in good condition. One minus is creaking floor in the room where is baby bed. It distrubs our babys sleep. And some of kettles in kitchen was in bad condition. Everything is near (market, the sea,railway station,pharmacy, restaurants,playground for children, old town). I liked of apartments planning. The living room with kitchen share apartments bedrooms in two different parts ( 2 bedrooms, toilet and 2 bathrooms in one part and 2 others bedrooms, toilet and bathroom in second part).This sort of planning is good for the big company. When bedrooms are separately, everyone gets their own peace. The manager was friendly and the weather was excellent. We had a great holiday and we recommend this apartment to others.
