This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 3-fireplace, beachfront home is on Mandalay Beach. It has unobstructed 360-degree views of the beach. You can walk out the door directly onto the sand. There is a local store and local brewery and restaraunt that are a short walk or bicycle ride away from the house.
The Ventura 101 freeway is 5 minutes away. Going North on the 101 you will be in Ventura , Ojai or Santa Barbara in no time at all .Going South you will arrive in Camarillo, Thousand Oaks or Malibu in 30 minutes or less.

Downstairs we have a master bedroom with a king sized bed , hardwood floors and an attached tub/shower combination bathroom with tile flooring. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a king sized bed hardwood floors and a deck overlooking the courtyard & jacuzzi . The 3rd bedroom downstairs also has a king sized bed hardwood floors and a big screen T.V mounted on the wall. The 2nd Bathroon is also downstairs it has a tub/ shower combination and all tile flooring and its location is just down the hall from the bedrooms and the kitchen & living space.
Downstairs is also where the Kitchen is . All stainless steel applinaces and fully loaded with all the necessities of any home .

Upstairs is the master suite with an oceanfront deck also has a fireplace, ceiling fan and Big Screen T.V mounted on the wall. The upstairs bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a nice sized glass shower all tile flooring in bathroom .The bedroom has all hardwood floors with a king sized bed and an oceanfront library adjacent to the bedroom . The library has two twin beds to accommodate your guests.

The main living area are on the 1st floor with a large 900 sq. ft. wood deck on the sand with an outdoor shower. This house includes a hot tub, Jacuzzi and an outdoor fire pit

This home is very spacious and open with great Wi-Fi / Internet connections for all your zoom and business meetings

IT WAS A GREAT WEEK!

This home worked perfectly for my family beach week.The kids could enjoyed the sand and sun and endless play toys while the adults enjoyed their "adulting" as well. Floor-to-ceiling glass made it easy to see kids playing outside. A wide array of bicycling choices made outings extra fun. Great kitchen and roomy common areas. Robin was one of the best property managers I have encountered.

Beautiful central location

You could not get a better view or a more responsive property manager. And, the house came with everything you could want, boogie boards, bicycles, full kitchen equipment, just everything!

Family beach vacation with young children

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were two families each with two children under 4. Here are the things we loved. **The way that the outside area is set up serves to keep the kids close. The raised sand border allowed us to sit inside and watch the kids without any worries. They spent hours playing in the sand, hammock and boat. **Unfortunately my children did not care for the ocean :( but the rest of us loved it. On our last day there we all took the boogie boards out and enjoyed the waves. The water feels cool but as soon as you are in it there is no problem. **The surrey carts and peddle bikes were a huge hit! We rode the surrey carts almost daily. We went to the Sunday's farmers market by the harbor on them and it was awesome. Got amazing strawberries and some excellent hummus. **Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. **The kitchen is really functional, very high end stove/oven and refrigerator that an offer excellent kitchen experience. We also grilled one night which was very nice. There was plenty of sleeping space, and the beds were very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints, here are some things to keep in mind when booking just so you can plan your stay accordingly. **This is a beach house, I know that sounds silly but if you have never stayed on the beach you may not understand that there is sand everywhere! Seriously everywhere, no matter how well things are cleaned there will be sand. Also the salt water will weather things and that really has nothing to do with how nice or well kept a property is. **There is natural beach tar so watch out while walking on the beach, check your feet before entering the home, it is tough to get off. ** The chairs on the deck will turn you and your clothes black if they are not covered with something. ** The library area upstairs where the two twin beds are does not have shades over the windows by the desk, we did not pay attention to this and it meant our kids were up at 5:30 on the first day, we used some pillows to cover the windows moving forward but if there is room might want to put light sensitive people in one of the downstairs rooms. Communication was excellent, check in was super easy and we would 100% stay here again.

We went to sleep to the sound of the waves

We love this place. This was our second booking here and it was clean, well equipped, comfortable and in a beautiful location. This is one of the cleanest beaches we've seen. We also went out to see the whales and dolphins which was outstanding.

Amazing getaway!

The property and location on the beach was truly amazing. Very spacious ground floor with fully equipped kitchen allowing several people to all cook together. This and the seating area opened up to beautiful view of beach and ocean right outside the large picture windows, giving you a feeling of extension into the outdoors. Property provided all necessities for a relaxing time while having fun with the bikes provided and time in the spa. Property manager Robin was very friendly and answered all questions we had. The only thing I would mention, and a slight disappointment, was upon arrival we had to do a slight rethink on sleeping arrangements for our group of 9, due to the fact that the Library with 2 twin beds was an extension of the master suite upstairs, with no doors in between and we felt this was not clear from the description. Thank you for sharing this amazing gem as a vrbo, we will be back!

Slice of heaven!

We had the best time at this beautiful property! Our four year old daughter had a blast in the pirate ship and playing on the beach. The view and location is exceptional and truly priceless. The home is well kept and clean and well stocked for cooking, so you never have to leave! Robin and Scott were so responsive and helpful. This is truly a little slice of heaven and we are already thinking of a trip to go back next year!

Annual family retreat

Beautiful home. The location was excellent. The kitchen has all the essentials. And Becky the manager was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. Entire family had a great time thank you Becky and Scott. Highly recommend for any getaway

A little bit of paradise?

This was a family vacation to be remembered. We walked in the front door and were blown away by the ocean view! The home was well appointed to fit ones view of a "beach" home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all you needed, and there were all the beach "toys” you needed. Just bring your swim suit and enjoy!

Bliss at the beach

We loved our stay at the beach house over Memorial Day weekend!! The house was so cozy and had everything you could need to make your beach stay enjoyable. We took advantage of the kitchen, hot tub, bikes and beach toys. We will definitely be back again!

This house is in a quiet beach community that is very quiet and safe. There is a Huge Farmers market open every sunday just down the street a real treat for all locals.
The Ventura 101 freeway is 5 minutes away .Heading North on the 101 you will arrive to Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara in no time.Heading South on the 101 you will arrive into Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and Malibu in a very short amount of time.
