Unbeatable location. Great beach. Need to carry all food and supplies to second level where kitchen is Also no sink or water in bathroom in 3rd level bedroom. Some windows didn’t open for air flow. But, we really enjoyed our stay there except for that.

This place is right on the beach and we loved that! It is quite old and dated and needs ceiling fans since there is no air conditioning. I guess most of the time that's not a problem but there was a heat wave when we were there. Ceiling fans would have made it so much better! But all in all, we had a wonderful time there and were grateful for the nice beds and the sound of the ocean right outside the door!

The sunrise and sunset views were absolutely priceless. While the house is a bit older in terms of amenities (as shown in the photos), the beach front location more than makes up for it. We’d happily stay here again.

We have stayed at this property 2 years in a row. Place is perfect...on the sand, great access to beach, reasonable price, nice kitchen and family room on 2nd floor, etc.

Nice family vacation spot!

This home was great for a large family vacation! We enjoyed being right on the beach and waking up to ocean waves! The property manager was an excellent communicator!

The Best Beach Front Property for small groups!

This Place has served as a wonderful getaway for years now for our church youth group. It is the perfect place to get away and relax with the most beautiful beach views. Rain or shine, this place provides a cozy getaway with plenty of room to cook, play games, watch movies, and have great time with community!

Great family vacation home

The property location was awesome. Great view. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Stairs were a bit steep but doable.

Beach house

Property was very accommodating and the property manager was very communicative. Would definitely consider staying at the property again in the future.

Quiet getaway right on the beach

Great low-key location to unwind from the daily grind. Located in a very quiet neighborhood right on the beach/ocean. Two decks to enjoy the views and sunshine.

Amazing location and lots of space. Comfortable and well stocked house. We had a nice weekend getaway with our teen kids and their friends, and Silver Strand is a great beach for hanging out, boogie boarding and watching the sunset.Minor bummers were that some of the outdoor chairs and umbrella were broken and a handful of dishes in the main kitchen weren’t clean.

Location and View are amazing! It felt like we had a private beach with our own life guard. Plenty of room. Can see they have done some updating. (It's hard & costly to keep beach homes perfectly maintained.) It had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Perfect House on the Beach

The arrival process was easy, the location of the house is located near grocery stores to stock up for the stay. We enjoyed everything the house has to offer, from the tv, board games, beach toys and most importantly the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Location

Visiting family in Oxnard and we were able to enjoy the beach while we were there. Step out the back onto the beach. Walk to the corner store. It was perfect for our short stay.

Awesome beach front home

Absolutely one of the best beach houses on the water. Huge home With all the toys you could want to play on land or in the water. The main living, kitchen area is fantastic for cooking & entertaining everyone! Plenty of space for all. . Was a total blast for the fourth of July! Definitely be staying here again !!

Every year my hubby and I along w/my mom and brother and sister in law and my nephew and daughter go on a vacation- so we need a 5 bedroom. We find homes near or on the water because the water is our happy place. I have to say, the pictures do NOT do this place justice. The ocean views are literally spectacular. You are literally on the beach. Also the section of beach that is in front of the property is perfect - not at all congested. Feels like entire beach is for us. Also they have lots of comfy chairs and 2 rocking chairs which are perfect for sitting on the beach. The Master bedroom on the 3rd floor is wonderful. You are lying on the bed and you can see the water from the king sized bed! You can even see the water from the extra large Jacuzzi bathtub (we paid the extra to have access to the shower/tub area on the 3rd floor and i recommend it). My husband loved the tub and I loved the 3 shower head walk in shower. Nice strong water pressure!We love doing puzzles and they had a nice assortment of puzzles and I read one of the John Grisham books they had on the shelf! Well stocked kitchen and wonderful patio on 2nd floor (where the kitchen and living room are). When you walk onto the 2nd floor all stress from work disappears as you take in the expanse of the ocean. It’s truly wonderful. Bro and SIL had their on private room/sitting room/bathroom downstairs! This place is a 10/10.
