Questa casa può ospitare fino a 22 persone ed è perfetta per una famiglia numerosa o un gruppo di amici e l'ampio vialetto può contenere fino a cinque auto! I ponti aperti su ogni livello della casa hanno una vista senza ostacoli del Golfo del Messico e offre molti posti a sedere per tutti.

Al piano terra di questa bella casa ci sono due camere da letto con un re e due regine e un divano letto matrimoniale ed entrambi condividono un bagno completo. Al secondo livello della casa è la cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Il soggiorno e la zona pranzo si trovano anche al secondo piano della casa e offrono molti posti a sedere per le serate di giochi in famiglia! La camera da letto principale si trova anche al secondo piano della casa e ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato con una grande doccia walk-in. Basta attraversare la sala un'altra camera da letto con letti a castello che ha un letto pieno sul fondo e una doppia in alto. Al terzo livello del soppalco della casa ci sono quattro letti matrimoniali e balcone privato che offrono alcune delle migliori viste sul Golfo!

Perfect house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house for our three generation family vacation. The large deck with numerous tables and sitting areas had a view of the gulf that we all appreciated. There was a was a large dining room table and bar stools which provided plenty of seating at meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra linens provided which is always appreciated. It was a short walk to the beach and easy access. We enjoyed the pool each evening. And on a rainy day the teens enjoyed the pool table. The only complaint would be that the ice maker in the fridge is very slow at making ice. An additional ice maker would be a great addition to this house.

2024 Vacay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Pensacola for vacation for over 25 years. This was our first time staying in this home!!! It was very nice, the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were available for our use. We did experience trouble with the A/C and the washing machine, but Paradise rentals responded and resolved the problems quickly. Great location. No complaints.

Great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House provided lots of space for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, including knives. The pool was clean, the room housing the pool table was a hit with my grandkids. Front porch provided a wonderful view of the ocean and the bath to the beach was one house down. The only downside was that there was no ice machine and the freezer doesn’t make a lot of ice.

Annual Vacation Trip to Florida

Only negative comments is the washer and dryer need to be replaced. Dryer was rusty on the inside. And the owners also need to replace the can opener and pizza cutter. Both did not work very well.

A week at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seashell Chateau needs a little boost. The property is well located, the pool nice and the house accommodating for sleeping many people.Several things were broken: bathroom doors, oven and microwave unit and there were very few eating utensils and only four wineglasses. Rugs and carpets have not been cleaned for a long time. The weekly routine cleaning was good, but the owner needs to update, repair and replace many things to make this a wonderful place to stay.

SEASHELL CHATEAU WAS MAGNIFICENT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our house. The layout worked well for 4 generations of the Overfield/Roland family. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped (but need a few dish cloths and some more dish towels). We cooked fresh seafood from Joe Patti's and ordered Papa's Pizza. Only ate out at lunch. The decks were wonderful and the view was nice for a block off the beach. Pool and game room were great and much used. [Only complaints: AC in main level had a rattle in the blower that was distracting and living room furniture is terrible, aesthetically and functionally.] Staff at Paradise Beach Homes were very friendly and accomadating. We had a GREAT week and the Seashell Chateau contributed a great deal to the good time.

Pensacola Beach House - Great House!

Perfect for my family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seashell Château was a perfect home for my family! Rooms were enough for all, open living made it easy to move around. Location is steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola beach. A good walk to the shops. Pools was used well by the kids, grill too! It is a quiet spot to stay away from the crowd but be with the crowd if you want to. kudos to The management of the property because they make your stay memorable. This day was slightly rough at first but everything is attended to. I will definitely book again! Thank you! Bonus! Play room for the kids. I noticed that there were more stuff there to use than noted on the description.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a good home to rent. Across from the beach. You can’t walk to any restaurants but that’s not a problem. There’s plenty of parking everywhere. We had a family of 10 and there’s plenty of room except in the living room. Given the size of the home, the furniture seating only seated 6. The foosball and pool tables are not usable so don’t book and count on these unless they buy new ones and let us know in the posting. Both are unusable and should not be in the listing. Overall this worked for the family over thanksgiving.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Seashell Chateau. We used this house as our guest house for our wedding that was a few houses down and it was more than enough room. It has plenty of rooms, multiple areas to relax, and a pool to cool off in. It is right on the beach and is easy to access the water from where you are staying. The staff was friendly and quickly assisted with all needs.

Family Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The home could use a good cleaning inside and out. The dishes in the kitchen were everywhere. I organized them while I was there. The game room was awful there was no way we could use it. The dining table was sticky and paper plates stuck to it. What ever is on it doesn't wide off, it seemed to be the finish on the table. Window and door tracks were very dirty obviously not cleaned in a while. Bathroom showers need a good bleaching. Other than that we had a great stay. Access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed the pool.

Nice place to stay on the beach.

Good experience at this beach house, lots of towels to use, accommodated our large party and pool was salt water, which was very nice. Kitchen could use more pots and pans and sharp cutlery. Also for the price we paid, would of loved basic toiletries such as Tp, napkins, dish soap to last more than one day. The house would of been great with a second refrigerator as well. Just a few suggestions. But we did enjoy our time and the house is lovely.

Great week

It was rainy a lot so we enjoyed the covered deck facing the beach, the covered area by the pool, and the rec room. Pool was nice and deep enough for adults. Plenty of furniture by the pool but not in the living room! Also no chair in master bedroom. We had no hot water the first day and they came immediately to fix it on Sunday. No other problems. We had a great week! It’s easy to run back and forth to the beach.

I'll never use Paradise Beach Homes again...

Overall, you pay a premium for the location. The property itself was not well maintained, dirty and even had a cockroach. Further, hazards like exposed wiring, leaving construction scrap, non-functional smoke detectors, finding metal in the pool, having clean appliances, etc are something Paradise Beach Homes doesn't even bother to check.

Sparkling clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family group of 12 enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the gas grill worked great. The downstairs game room was fun, although the pool table is quite worn and warped. It’s a quick walk to the board walk down to the beach. We liked the ground floor bedrooms for napping toddlers and especially appreciated the secure coded locks on ground floor doors leading out to the pool. Great safety feature! The neighborhood is very safe and plenty of room on the beach. Location is great... quick drive to restaurants and about 10 minutes over to Gulf Breeze for groceries. There are a few things that made this beach house not quite perfect and hard to recommend to others...Bathrooms: only 3 and no bathroom on the 3rd floor. The bathroom nearest the living room has a sliding barn door which doesn’t close completely. Seating: living room only has seating for 6-7 peopleView: there’s not much of a view from inside, obstructed view from the front porch. No view of the pool except from a small window above the kitchen sink.

Good location but house needs work

Layout and location were great. Easy access to beach. Good number of beds and master bed/bath were the best. The house needs serious updates though. Dining stable was in bad condition and couldn’t be cleaned thoroughly (old paper and stuff stuck to surface). Toilets clog easily (and not from kids putting too much toilet paper). Dishwasher needs replacing as it doesn’t clean well. All oven pans are old, scratched and dented. All we had to clean was a few brooms and a terrible mop. The pool was nice to have but the back yard was dangerous. The sandy area was covered with thorny vines and several people stepped on broken glass in the sand around the pool. Personally, I would not rent this property again.

Plenty of kitchen utensils and cute decor. We enjoyed our stay. Heated pool was wonderful on the cooler days. Only complaint is for the amount you spend you would think they would provide one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

House was beautiful and amazing views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was gorgeous and was decorated very well. The beds were so comfy, no complaints there! We were very disappointed to find out the day of our arrival the pool heater was not working. This was one of the main reasons I rented this home and paid more for the house plus a pool heating fee. I was also very disappointed with the hot water situation. Two mornings I was up before everyone else and attempted to take a shower. There was not enough hot water for one person to take a hot shower, much less all the guests staying in the home. There were very many cold/luke warm showers taken during our stay. There was plenty of parking, we loved the gameroom, and the balconies are just amazing. I probably would not stay here again ONLY due to the hot shower issue.
