¡Esta casa es nueva en el mercado de alquiler y la increíblemente hermosa casa de playa puede albergar todas sus vacaciones y celebraciones familiares!

712 Maldonado Drive es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Las bodas también son bienvenidas y la casa está terminada con un estándar extremadamente alto (¡la cocina es INCREÍBLE!) con seis habitaciones, 3. 5 baños, dos cubiertas masivas con vista al Golfo y la casa tiene capacidad para 20 en general. La casa tiene vistas directas del Golfo y está a solo 500 minutos a pie de la playa para poner los pies en el oleaje / arena. Hay mucho estacionamiento tanto debajo de la casa como en las dos entradas para ayudar a albergar grupos grandes. La piscina privada con cubierta de travertino se puede calentar durante los meses más fríos. La casa tiene un rey maestro con su propio baño privado, tres habitaciones de invitados queen, donde dos de ellas comparten un baño en el pasillo y dos de ellas comparten un baño de Jack y Jill, y también hay dos habitaciones adicionales con litera doble sobre doble camas y un nido individual. The yard, pool, and quick walk to the beach are hard to beat. The PM company was great throughout the entire process and quickly resolved one minor issue we had with the pool.

It was a very short walk to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach we were at the pool which was wonderful. Dealing with Paradise Beach Homes is so easy to deal with. Will definitely rent this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for our wedding weekend, in which my immediate family and our bridal party stayed for the weekend. We hosted our reception here in the outdoor area after the gulf-side ceremony. It was perfect! The house was beautiful, spacious, and suited our needs to a T. Paradise Beach Homes was pleasant to work with, and even gifted us a couple of keepsakes for our wedding upon check-in. My only complaint is that the management told me that the $1,000 event fee would be voided if we had less than 30 guests attend our event. This policy suddenly changed when we did in fact host less than 30 guests, and the event fee would not be refunded as originally stated (I saved the emails that told me this). My advice is to make sure your guest count is absolutely finalized before submitting the event fee payment. Other than this, it was a wonderful experience.

A perfect week!

We would recommend a beach cart and some beach chairs for future guests. We did advise the property management that one pool light was not working. It was supposed to be repaired, but it wasn’t fixed prior to our departure.

The only concerns we had were the queen beds were very hard so maybe add mattress toppers? and the kitchen could use more than two hand towels and two dish rags. The microwave went out mid-week and they came right out and brought another one after I notified them.

Perfect family house

We found the perfect spot for a large family! The spacious kitchen with open floor plan made it perfect for hanging out together. Quick easy walk to the beach and the heated pool kept the littles busy. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Though the weather was suspect, PCB had plenty to do, and the house was a perfect home base for us to spend time together on the deck, around the pool, and in the yard. It was an excellent place for us to call home for several days.

Plenty of room for everyone to have some space when they needed it . The porches are very big and although we were not right on the beach, we still had a view of the ocean. This house could use some porch furniture, it was very limited for such a big house . I would suggest putting some rocking chairs out there. The kitchen was very well equipped and the large island was great for both preparing food and sitting around to eat. Also, having 2 refrigerators was great!! The walk to the beach was easy , even with small kids. I would definitely recommend this house !

Good stay for a large family

This house worked for the amount of people we had staying there. We had the pool heated during our stay and it was a nice thing to have. The extra frig was nice to have. We would stay again.
