This spacious, thoughtfully designed home is all about blending togetherness with privacy — perfect for big families, multi-gen getaways, or groups of friends making beach memories.

The Layout You’ll Love
Step into the sunny foyer and head upstairs to the heart of the home. The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room make it easy to gather, laugh, and connect. Need a little quiet time? No problem — the unique layout gives everyone their own space to recharge.

Maximum occupancy is 18 guests, with no more than 14 guests age 15 or older.
This is based on the home’s layout and bed types. The bunk beds are designed for younger guests and may not be suitable for adults or older teens. If your group has a unique setup or special needs, please reach out — we're happy to discuss exceptions.

Main Level (Upstairs)
The Retreat – King bed, en-suite bathroom, and private deck access — perfect for early-morning coffee or late-night stargazing

The Breeze Room – King bed with deck access and a shared bathroom

The Bunk Room – Two twin-over-full bunk beds (sleeps up to 6 kids, depending on weight). Best suited for younger guests

This level also includes access to the main deck and spiral stairs leading to the rooftop deck with ocean views.

Ground Level Suites
The ground level features two private suites — the East Suite and the West Suite — ideal for grandparents, in-laws, teens, or early risers who want a little independence.

Please note: The ground-level suites are not connected by an interior staircase. To access them, you’ll step into a large, private, covered exterior foyer. It’s completely under roof and tucked far back from view — PJ-friendly and private.

East Suite:

Living area with daybed and trundle, kitchenette, and full bathroom

Private bedroom with king bed

West Suite:

Living area with daybed and trundle, kitchenette, and bathroom, plus two queen beds

Each suite has its own exterior entrance with a coded lock, and high-mounted child safety locks are installed for added peace of mind.

Walk to the emerald waters of the Gulf in minutes. Spend your day swimming, shell hunting, or lounging in the sun, then head home to relax in your private pool oasis.

If maximum occupancy is exceeded or house rules are violated, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund

We welcome families and respectful groups who want to relax and enjoy the beach. However, if you're planning to party hard, this is not the right home for you.
We’re all for fun, music, and poolside enjoyment — just keep things courteous.

A $300 security deposit is required and will be collected after booking along with a signed rental agreement.

Please note: Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available during peak season to allow our team enough time to properly clean and prepare the home.
