Introducing an exquisite coastal residence nestled along the shores of Ariola Drive, this newly constructed beach-view haven invites large families, guests, and intimate gatherings to experience the ultimate retreat.

With a prime location directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, the residence offers unparalleled views of the azure waters. The property encompasses approximately 3500 sq ft of well-appointed interior space, complemented by expansive outdoor decks totaling around 2000 sq ft. Bask in the sun on the panoramic top deck, where you can marvel at dolphins gracefully swimming and gaze at the starlit sky while the rhythmic waves provide a soothing soundtrack. Or take a swim in the sparkling, refreshing pool and soak up the Florida sun. Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $75 a day! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - April 30th only.)

Only suggestion to the owners is to provide beach chairs. There was plenty of beach and pool items but no chairs. Also we had the pool water level overflow two different days. Not sure why.

Great House and Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this property and the good far outweighs the bad. Pros: amazing location with a short walk to beach, great pool, amazing floor plan perfect for large families. Large kitchen with two dishwashers. Nice bathrooms.Cons: the same items we reported as damaged during our first stay were not fixed at all, which we found odd. The pool was full of bugs and we were constantly cleaning it... did not have this issue at nearby houses with similar pools during same time of year. one of the dishwashers isn't anchored so it "falls" when opening it. the bedsheets are like cardboard... really poor quality. Recommend bringing your own. Like i said though, those "cons" are small compared to how great the property is as a whole. management company was great to work with as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is simply beautiful and close to beach. The perfect amenities and everything well thought out. We could all eat together as one big family. Love that every bedroom has own bathroom too. We never felt like we had 13 people in the house -with almost half being kids! haha.
