Siendo esta hermosa villa adosada una de las primeras casas construidas en lo que en su día fue el pequeño puerto de Cala Llonga y que con los años se ha convertido en uno de los infantes de marina más populares de la isla de Mallorca, conserva todo el carácter de su día y se encuentra en un perfecto estado de conservación con un hermoso estilo Ibicencal.

La propiedad se encuentra en la zona de Cala d'Or llamado casco antiguo bien conocido por su tranquilidad y la distancia a pie del centro principal de la ciudad y el puerto deportivo con todas las comodidades.
La mayoría de los invitados de repetición de esta zona saben perfectamente lo hermoso y encantador esta área es.

Situado justo en el borde del agua en la parte superior del antiguo puerto con el cuartel característicos y pequeños amarres de donde el pescador es sólo para amarrar los barcos pequeños mallorquines llamadas Yauts después de un largo día de llegada. La ubicación de la encantadora casa es única.

Cuando se accede a la casa se encuentra una zona de pasillo, donde en el lado izquierdo están las escaleras que conducen al segundo piso. Al final de la sala es el área de cocina, comedor y sala de estar que dan acceso a pesar de las ventanas del patio francesas a la terraza cubierta espectacular y amplio, con vistas increíbles y sorprendentes sobre la bahía y el puerto deportivo de Cala d'Or.

El período de tiempo por un momento se detiene para disfrutar de este hermoso lugar y se puede deleitar a vosotros mismos del ajetreo y el bullicio de la entrada y salida de los yates que salir y entrar a través de la hermosa bahía de Cala Llonga Mediterráneo hacia el mar abierto o en la espalda a puerto.

En el lado izquierdo de esta terraza el encontrar las escaleras que conducen a la hermosa zona de la piscina y si seguimos hacia abajo llegamos al acceso directo a la zona antigua de los cuarteles y amarres.

Si vamos hacia atrás en nuestros pasos cruzaron el salón encontramos un baño y un par de escalones nos llevan a una habitación doble con dos camas individuales.

Desde el hall de entrada que lleguemos arriba a la segunda planta, donde en el lado derecho es una habitación doble con dos camas y cuarto de baño y en el lado izquierdo de la habitación principal con vestidor y baño. A partir de estas dos habitaciones se accede a la terraza de esta planta.

Sin grandes lujos que la sociedad nos ofrece hoy esta encantadora casa ofrece mucho más. Ofrece momentos, experiencias y recuerdos que permanecerán ONU reemplazable en sus corazones para siempre.

El lugar en que se encuentra y su encanto único hace que sea una casa muy especial y singular.

Overall, you’re paying for the view. Whilst the view is gorgeous, we agree with others that the property is dated and needs a complete overhaul inside and out. Again as per other reviews… Be aware the gardeners arrive unannounced, the garden can be used by anyone washing their boat off and the local dogs wander into the garden and pool. And check in was delayed. That being said it was a very relaxing week.

A perfect stay

Beautiful spot perfectly located between town centre and marina. The property management company were brilliant and helped with every little question and query we had quickly and effectively. Wifi is a little patchy in places but that was our only (minor) grumble.

Excellent visit

This property has some stunning outdoor space which caters for everyone. It is in an excellent location close to everywhere with some stunning views where you can sit and watch the boats pass. I have seen reviews that say the property is dated but honestly i wouldnt let this put you off. To me it was more rustic than dated but more importantly it was clean. We had a coulple of minor issues but the communication from the letting agent was spot on. We would definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay.

The villa is located in a great position. It's an old property but is still nice. No air con in main area,only in bedrooms. The outside area at the pool needs a tidy..Some loose cement etc.All in we had a great time,just needs a tidy up.

Great Marina Villa

My wife and I stayed in Villa El Club for ten days. We read all the reviews before, and found the villa to be pretty much as described. Yes, it’s an older building, privately owned, and the presentation reflects these facts but I think that gives it a personal feel, less like a soulless, bland collection of rooms and more like a comfortable home. As someone else has already said in another review, don’t let it put you off. You won’t regret it. The veranda area everyone mentions really is the best place to sit and watch the marina and the locale is very handy for shops and restaurants. It was very clean on our arrival and the kitchen welcome pack was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were perfectly adequate. The staff at Open d’Or were exceptional and all contact was prompt and helpful. We’d thoroughly recommend this villa.

Last minute break

After about an hours drive from the airport we arrived at El Club about 10pm and it did not disappoint! The villa was as lovely as the pictures on the website. The location was perfect, looking out onto the marina was beautiful. Inside the house, everything was as it should be especially with a brand new kitchen with dishwasher (think we may have been the first to use it). The teenage kids made use of the roof terraces for sunbathing and spent plenty of time in the pool, which was great. It was also great to be less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and only10 minutes to the next! The town with plenty of shops and restaurants and a local Spar is 5-10 minutes walk away, the bigger supermarket was a bit further out (15mins walk) but we managed it even in the heat! Overall, we had a lovely relaxing 5 days and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great location and property, with some room for improvement with communication.

Overall, I would recommend this place. It's in a great location, amazing pool and patio, lots of space and rooms. There were a few communication issues that I feel should be mentioned and not ignored. First, the Google maps link they give you is wrong. It pinpoints 2 houses away and the street changes names, making normal numerological order useless. They provide plenty of instructions, which are half useless if you give a Google Maps link that's around the bend of the street and not visible. A call to the office around 19:20 was not answered. The parking instructions are wrong. They say park on the white curb, which is not accurate. This was resolved with communication with the rental company the following morning. Lastly, there were 2 men that entered the property to do pool maintenance through a back gate. There was no notice from the rental company, nor did the men ever knock or say a word. In fact, when messaging the company to ask if there was scheduled maintenance, I never received a reply, which was odd since they were fairly responsive otherwise. This was very concerning, especially if this was a more serious situation that required urgency. I feel like these issues are easily resolvable and shouldn't impact further stays but felt they needed to be said.

Mycket trevligt hus. Vi trivdes väldigt bra. Satt gärna på terrassen och såg alla båtar som gled förbi. Enda besvikelsen var att solstolarna var mycket smutsiga och marken runt poolen ostädad. Poolen var ren och fin.

Einzigartige Lage, aber schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus hat eine einzigartige Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Hafen. Von Vormittag bis zum Abend hat man Sonne auf der schönen Terrasse. Der Hafen und die zahlreichen Shops und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar und ein Eroski-Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Bilder des Inserats müssen wohl schon deutlich älter sein, denn es ist in Wirklichkeit schon alles etwas abgeliebt und veraltet. Auch die Ausstattung lässt bei dem Preisniveau leider ziemlich viele Wünsche offen. Alte Handtücher, noch ältere Liegen- und Stuhlauflagen, nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, alte/dreckige WC-Bürsten, keine Kaffeecups, keine Spültaps, kein Geschirrhandtuch, eine leere Packung Streichhölzer und bereits abgebrannte Kerzen,… Die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft war mittelmäßig, die Böden etwas staubig und die Küchenutensilien, die wir benutzt haben, haben wir vor dem ersten Gebrauchen abgespült (mit selbst gekauftem Spülmittel). Der Garten könnte deutlich gepflegter sein und auch fast verblühte/vertrocknete Blumentöpfe verschönern das Gesamtbild nicht gerade. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts zwei Mal gereinigt, es ist aber Equipment vorhanden, um dies selbst zu tun.

Mooie locatie, maar slecht onderhoud.

Huis ligt op een mooie locatie. Helaas slecht onderhouden en pover uitgevoerd. Wij constateerden de volgende zaken ( foto’s beschikbaar): - dunne boxspringmatrassen met duidelijk voelbare veren. Zonder meer slecht om te slapen. - slaapkamer beneden inbouwkast stinkt naar schimmel en vocht. Niet te gebruiken. In ladekast lagen nog sokken van vorige bewoners. - badkamer beneden geen enkele mogelijkheid een handdoek, kleding op te hangen. Geen afleg voor toiletspullen. Moet je op de grond zetten. - zwembad heeft veel losgelaten mozaiektegels, die vrij in het zwemband liggen. Gevaarlijk voor kinderen. - ligbedjes vies besmeurd met bomenuitval. Als schoonmaak net geweest is moet dit schoon zijn. Was te zien dat het er al dagen op zat. Zelf schoongeschrobt. . - trappen rond zwembad verf afgebladderd en stucwerk afgebrokkeld. - bij aanbouwschuurtje naast zij ingang is dak ingestort. Geen gezicht. - tafelkleed in serre smerig en nog plakkerig. Zelf schoongemaakt. - deurslot van serre naar zwembad hangt er half uit en gaat moeilijk dicht, omdat schroeven er half uithangen. - buitendeur moeilijk te openen, sleept elke keer over de vloertegels. - magnetron in keuken binnenzijde vies met aangekoekte etensresten. Niet te gebruiken. - huis is dringend aan een verfbeurt toe. Plafond serre veel scheuren en loshangende verf/ stuclaag. Buitenzijde gehele huis is gebladderd en stuclaag op diverse plekken gebarsten / hangt los of verdwenen. Aan voorzijde naast keukenraam zit een diep gat van ca 2 mtr lang en ca 20 cm breed. Hierin liggen gewoon stroomkabel bloot. Samenvattend: schoonmaak lijkt minimaal en technisch onderhoud ontbreekt of wordt op de lange baan geschoven. Per saldo teveel geld voor zo’n huis. Advies: niet huren of verhuren voordat gebreken zijn verholpen.

Family gathering

We had an amazing 10 days here, hired a car but only used it for airport & supermarket runs. The villa is lovely with the most amazing views & cala d'or is so pretty. Everything within walking distance & such choice. Watching the boats leaving & returning was one of our favourite things to do. Thanks

What a beautiful authentic holiday home….

What a wonderful week we had at El Club with our friends, the property even though a little tired was full of charm and character and was a pleasure to stay at. An amazing location we spent many hours watching boats go in and out of the marina. Quiet part of town very near to good eating places. We throughly enjoyed our stay and more so by the help and support of Alexandra and Nathalie at Open D’or - thank you for your amazing communication and welcome. Happy memories thank you so much.

Entre Terre & Mer, le bonheur d'une villa en entrée de Marina

Cette villa El Club historique a une belle âme, une vue magnifique et un confort simple et agréable. La loggia et la piscine en font un endroit d'exception à cet emplacement invitant à observer la vie du port et des entrées des voiliers et yachts. La proximité à pied de la Calla Petita est un véritable bonheur permettant des bains aux levers du soleil dans une eau azuréenne, Des amis venus avec leur voilier mouiller dans la marina à deux pas, sont venus diner accrochant leur annexe au mouillage de la villa El Club profitant du quai et de l'arrivée direct de la villa depuis le port, et nous avons pu ainsi partir visiter les magnifiques Calla de l'île depuis la mer en famille.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

A perfect villa for 6 - in a fantastic location. We absolutely loved the Veranda and spend many hours watching the boats go by. The kitchen is modern with most facilities. The pool is a bit tired - has tiles missing and needed intervention by the maintenance team as became green by the end of our stay.

Un séjour inoubliable à El Club Cala d’Or

Réservation en ligne facile. Communication facile et efficace. La maison est très spacieuse et était parfaite pour nous. Comme la majorité des maisons de location, il y a des petits signes d’usure mais rien de dérangeant. Le village de Cala d’Or était parfait . Multitude de restaurants , superbe ambiance , marché d’alimentation , marina , plage , etc . Et le tout à moins de 5-10 minutes de marche. Nous avons particulièrement adoré la piscine et la sublime terrasse avec vue sur la marina. Assurément un de nos plus beaux séjours , toutes destinations confondues . *****. Easy online booking. Easy and efficient communication. The house is very spacious and was perfect for us. Like the majority of rental houses, there are small signs of wear but nothing disturbing. The village of Cala d'Or was perfect. Multitude of restaurants, superb atmosphere, food market, marina, beach , etc. And all within a 5-10 minute walk. We particularly loved the swimming pool and the sublime terrace overlooking the marina. Undoubtedly one of our most beautiful stays, all destinations combined.

Excellent, the property was in a amazing location so convenient for everything.

Renting the property was extremely easy, everything was done via email. The property itself was in an amazing location right on the waters edge with fabulous views.
