Llamar a un plomero es un gasto de invitado. 2) No utilice la eliminación de basura del fregadero de la cocina para cáscaras de papa, cáscaras de fruta, cáscaras de plátano, piñas, cáscaras de huevo, fideos, arroz, etc. Llamar a un plomero es un gasto de invitado. 3) Arena: enjuague toda la arena (auto y equipo) antes de ingresar al hotel / condominio (hay estaciones de enjuague en la playa) para evitar la tarifa de limpieza adicional y obstruir los desagües de la ducha. 4) Lanai: no cuelgue toallas ni otros artículos de la terraza. Por favor, no alimente a las aves. 5) No fumar en el condominio, en lanai o en áreas comunes. CANCELACIONES:
1) El depósito de reserva no es reembolsable. 2) Las cancelaciones hechas con más de 60 días de anticipación a la fecha de registro pueden hacer que se aplique el depósito a otra estadía en el mismo condominio dentro de un año de la fecha de ingreso original. 3) Las cancelaciones hechas con menos de 60 días antes del check in perderán el depósito. 4) Las cancelaciones hechas con menos de 30 días antes del check in perderán el depósito y el pago del saldo del alquiler. 5) Le recomendamos que obtenga un seguro de viaje para poder recuperar una cancelación.

Great views, great location

The stay was everything advertised. Great view, great location at the harbor and near Ala Moana center! Bed was comfy and just firm enough. Check in and out was hassle free. We will stay again!

Lovely little place!

We enjoyed this property, very comfortable and the area was perfect. It needs some love, the finishings are worn, shower head leaked non stop and the bathroom sink didn't drain very well. The cabinets in the kitchen were nice, the bathroom needs some love. Overall nice place to stay! we had a great time.

Waikiki Beach

Perfect location. Older building but well maintained. Unit was clean but could use a deep cleaning baseboards, corners and cupboard doors. We had a fabulous time would definitely rent again.

Beautiful and amazing!

The picture is exactly what you are getting. Clean and great location as you overlook the harbor. Wonderful access to ala moana park beach rather than waikiki. Absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Nostalgic trip back to the Ilikai

We have always loved the Ilikai! This condo had a beautiful 180 view and was decorated very nicely. I particularly loved the wall plant artwork. Bright and cheerful. Would definitely come back here.

Perfect

This condo was perfect for my son, husband and myself. It is simple, yet beautiful. The self check in and out was easy. Not having to worry about a room key was awesome. The owner was extremely kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

13 Night stay

I would say that most of the reviews are correct. One plus not mentioned is the condo is on the 6th floor. These elevators are very busy and crowded. 6th floor is a big plus but still a great view!

Good time

Good. There is a mirrored closet door and carbon monoxide/ smoke detector missing. These are fairly significant items. However, overall we enjoyed our visit and would enjoy staying there again. W Did not communicate with the owner or management.

Spectator ocean View and Best Waikiki Location

Beautiful beach and lagoon only a few minutes out the back of the resort— no walking across streets. And the beach is much wider and less crowded than the central and east beaches in Waikiki. The beach by the Sheraton and Royal Hawaiian was packed like sardines comparatively. And if you like to walk by the ocean, there is a wonderful concrete walking path that goes for a mile eastward. As far as the condo goes, it’s exactly as it appears in the photos. Love the huge lanai— we ate most of our meals out there. And it was quiet with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again. Better than the fancy hotels with a much lower price. The Illikai is still a beautifully maintained resort in all the common areas.

Condo 604

PROS: Location was great. Waikīkī is so walkable, groceries, malls, beaches, restaurants, bars, etc are just minutes away. Hop on hop off trolleys and transit bus just outside your door. Was allowed late check out which was great. CONS: Need a separate broom and mop for the patio to clean up the daily bird poop. We stayed for two weeks and there were no cleaners available to clean the bathroom or scrub the floors. There were only four towels provided for two people. That would be great if you were just staying the weekend not two weeks. We had to launder the towels constantly. (not cheap) These are minor issues of course but feed back is important. Over all I would definitely recommend this Condo.

Pleasant Surprise

My family of four stayed from December 23-28, 2024. I have 2 teenage daughters and I was worried the space wouldn’t be big enough. I shouldn’t have worried. It was great. They said the pull out couch was super comfortable. The view from the room is spectacular. The balcony looks into the hotel courtyard and we listened to live music every night sitting out there. The hotel was close to everything we needed. The pool, lagoon & beach were all amazing. Friday night fireworks were fun to watch. A soft cooler was supplied and it came in handy. Luggage racks would’ve been helpful. Some beach chairs and an umbrella would put this place over the top. The bar stools need to be replaced. They flake everywhere.

Disappointed

Advertised as a 1 bedroom. Waa really a studio with a sliding partition. The bethroom was not clean: hand prints on back of door, smelled, floor tile around base of shower dirty, fake plant on coffee table shabby, counter stools very worn, only 1 teaspoon, lamp on right side of bed missing knob to turn on were stilk cleaning at 3 when we were to checkin, and battery in door lock needed to be changed.

First Time to Hawaii-Empty Nesters Delight

We loved this property! Hubs and I are finally traveling without kids and loved our first time visit to Oahu for five days then we moved to Maui for nine days. The grounds are beautiful and the condo/hotel building is in great shape; super clean. Lots of restaurant choices on property; quick walking distance to the beach and we did walk to other restaurants a couple times. The top floor of the property has a restaurant and we did use the glass elevator and rode all the way to the top floor to check out the view; amazing!! We used both pools and enjoyed the Friday night entertainment and fireworks. Hubs took surfing lessons from Chris in the shop downstairs; highly recommended! King bed was comfy and studio is perfect for two people. Kitchen could use more lids for pans; closet could use more hangers and a couple luggage stands but otherwise we had everything we needed. The lanai overlooks the courtyard below and since this unit is on the sixth floor it’s close enough to hear the hustle & bustle of the restaurant and people either waiting or passing through. The communication during reserving was stellar and check-in was a breeze. We would without a doubt reserve this unit again.

Lovely Stay

The unit is well equipped with kitchen items for a family. Less than 1 block to ABC for groceries, found that out after spending too much in the hotel grocery. Great unit/beach location I was up working on the deck enjoying that amazing view until noonish when the sun came in hot for the mid day. The evening on the deck for dinner as the direct sun moved on. FYI not really an adult pool. We were in heaven and then 14 toddlers?? The restaurant at the top of the hotel is pricey but amazing. The beach location is wonderful, not overrun like Waikiki. One king comfortable bed and a sofa sleeper. Furniture is very clean not like some rentals.

No way you can beat it!

This property exceeded all expectations! You can’t beat the price and the view you get for it. The Ilikai is an amazing hotel next to every thing you need in Waikiki. The room has a Hawaiian feel while also providing one of the best views on the island. The only small gripes were the lack of the amount of towels and being provided the wrong code to enter in the first night. It was fixed but took 20 minutes and caused quite a bit of confusion. The room is unbeatable and I can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful getaway with a view

Excellent location with amenities at a reasonable price! Enjoyed beautiful view of sunset from the balcony. Convenient 3 minute walk to the beach and other sought after destinations near by. Kudos to onsite manager, Chris who was very helpful in answering some questions we had after arrival. HIGHLY recommend this host and will be back!

Beautiful roomy studio condo overlooking the marina

Lovely spacious studio condo. Very nicely decorated and well kept. Perfect for two adults. Comfortable couch and chairs in the living area. Very comfortable king bed. Really liked the sliding room divider for shutting off the bed from the kitchen / salon area. Everything was very clean and well kept and in good condition. The view of the ocean and the marina is lovely. Fun to watch the surfers and the boat activity. We much enjoyed the evening Hawaiian music played by a live band in the courtyard area on Friday night (might be other nights too didn’t pay attention). Be aware there are no kitchen supplies other than salt and pepper. There are plenty of pots and pans and the dish-ware / glassware was adequate for cooking and serving meals. Very nice glass stove top with oven and dishwasher. There are two old faded beach chairs on the lanai one with broken straps we did not use. Loved the table and chairs on the lanai - spent most mornings out there enjoying the view with my coffee. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Right Next to the Beach

Property was really nice. The only downfall, were the cleanliness of the bathroom and towels. Towels were really dirty, stained, and smelled funny. Recommend to leave more clean towels in room. The bathroom and shower needed some cleaning, seems like they rarely bleached the showers, had a lot of mold. The hotel in itself was situated nicely in the middle of everything, walking to the beach was easy. The hotel has valet service which is worth it because then your not dealing with trying to find a parking in Wakiki. Laundry on the same level varying $3.00-3.75 depending on load size. Oh, the shower was clogged on the first day, plumber came but left such a big nasty mess all over the shower and on floor.
