Caribbean Breeze is a bright, updated home just 50 yards from the beach access with 8 bedrooms, 7 baths, and comfortably sleeps 23. Guests can enjoy the private heated saltwater pool and gulf views. Walk straight out the front door to a quiet, private beach access, allowing you to avoid the traffic and crowds with plenty of room to set up your umbrella right next to the water - even in the summer! Two separate living areas (one on the ground floor) make the home great for large families. The ground floor also includes a king bed master suite with a new private bathroom (shower) and kitchenette, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Enjoy the wonderful Gulf views from the expansive covered porches and living areas. The house comes with internet-connected TV’s, an Apple TV, games and puzzles, and DVD players. When you are not at the beach, you can relax and enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard that contains a large 24 foot by 12 foot newly paved and refinished, heated, saltwater swimming pool. The large, spacious lawn now also includes a real putting green making it the perfect place to play bocce ball or other lawn games or to work on your golf game. There’s even a basketball goal in the driveway for the kids and cornhole next to the swimming pool.

We paid extra money to have the pool heated. The heater did not work. Grandkids were very disappointed! We chose this property for the pool. Someone did come and fix it the day before we needed to check out. By then 2 families had already gone home. What upset us the most is the heater to the pool was supposed to be turned on 24 hours before check in. If that had been done they would have seen the heater to the pool wasn’t working.

This house is in the perfect location. Walk out the back door, cross the street and you have a private entrance to the beach that requires a gate code which limits the amount of people. It made it very easy to come and go.It’s about 1.5 from The Big Chill and rosemary beach so there’s tons to do.Hosts were great and check in and out was easy. Only negatives were when we showed up the house had a very strong cleaning product odor and the downstairs shower when turned on, water flows right out of the door onto the bathroom floor making it unusable for the 3 bedrooms downstairs the entire 5 days we were there, when I called they didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer a solution except for more towels.Overall was great place to stay and would definitely be back.

Relaxing cheery-will return!

My family loved the spacious main floor with great televisions, multiple large tables to spread out, and great views from beautiful windows. We had plenty of bedrooms to choose from including a great kids room with double bunks. The Beach is so close but the house still feels private and the area is quiet and safe. Great time!

Fabulous!

Staying at this property has become such a wonderful escape for our family! The property is well kept, the house is maintained wonderfully, and there is plenty of privacy. Family vacation!

The house is great for a family reunion! Lots of space for everyone, with lots of games and activities to keep everyone smiling! The beach was close and beautiful! We had a couple maintenance issues and the property management staff was always available and helped us quickly. Great customer service! Thanks for everything, can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time at your house. 11 adults and 6 children and room to spare! Anything we looked for was there, plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, beach stuff. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was a plus too. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are already planning our visit for next year. Great house and close to the beach

We had a large multi generation family reunion at the house and it accommodated us all very well. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. We had a couple of very minor issues (slow draining tub and some cable tv out) and Brian took care of them immediately which we really appreciated. Loved having a pool and it was a big bonus for our family to have a little side yard to play lawn games on. Great house and we would definitely stay again!
