Host was awesome. Very friendly and responsive any questions or issues we had she got right on them. The house was so cute and perfect for our family. The only downfall was it was further away from where we spent most of our time so that was a pain, but we decided that the main areas were really crowded so it was probably better that we had a quieter area to go home to at night

The apartment was just wonderful. It’s located in a non-touristy part of Rome. There is a really wonderful wine shop next door to the apartment. All of the restaurants we tried in the neighborhood were great. It was very convenient from two different metro stops. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and the check-in and check-out process was simple and well organized. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Rome. I would definitely chose to stay here again.

Location

The Location was Fine for a 3 day journey, furnishings were acceptable. Only 10 min to the Metro station. Check in/ Check out very easy.

Very helpful Hosts

We had a great time! The property was awesome and located great. The hosts were very easy to communicate and very helpful! We accidentally got locked out and they were so quick and helpful with getting us back in! Highly recommended!

This place was great. Easy walks to out Ebike tour and the colosseum. Heat for family or larger groups. Hosts communicate very well to make sure you have a great experience and know what to expect

Well-appointed apartment

We found this apartment to have everything we needed. It was larger than we realized it would be and had beautiful natural light! We have family who live in this neighborhood and we will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Fantastic family apartment

Brilliant, spacious apartment. Loads of local shops nearby and only 10mins to metro line. Fantastic communication with hosts and really nicely decorated inside. Would definitely recommend!

Roomy and clean

Our family enjoyed staying here while in Rome, there was plenty of space and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed while we stayed,. A grocery store very close, a great bakery but the best was having the gelato store across the street! It was a bit of a distance to the sites of Rome but the bus stop is close and we figured that out, Thank you ! We would stay here again if in Rome.

Good place for a family stay

we were seven people of different ages. there are two double beds and three single beds. apartment and kitchen well equipped. veranda with a large table, you can eat breakfast there outdoors. quiet neighborhood, close to a market, bakery and pizza. 12 minutes to the metro and 3 minutes to the bus.

Great Visit to Rome

The pictures and descriptions are a fair representation for the property. The location is a short distance away from the hot spots, which worked out great, allowed us to find a couple restaurants that were off the beaten path. Grocery store is down the street, train station is just under 15 mins away which made getting to the touristy places easy. Communication was easy and quick. And Fabrizio allowed us to check-in early in order that we could drop off our luggage. Would be happy to stay at this location again.

Fantastic flat

This is a great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. The apartment had all the amenities needed. I had to work at night and there was a desk in one of the bedrooms that allowed me the privacy to do so. The neighborhood had all the shops you need with a gelato shop directly across the street. The bus and metro were a close walk as well which we used a lot.

Everything you could need just perfect

The apartment was a great find in a good location nice and quiet and easy to get to all the sights without needing to be right in the centre where it was really busy , apartment was clean and had all the amenities you need comfortable beds and large showers outdoor space for sitting out in the sun or in the evening enjoying the stars , fabrizio was an amazingHost he was so friendly and helpful whenever I contacted him he replied promptly on watsapp recommended a place to eat for when we landed at 8.30pm and even allowed us to check out late , also a great feature was 2 sets of keys so we could split up and not need to worry who had the key and wifi is a great feature also would definitely recommend and stay again

We enjoyed our stay.

We like the apartment. It was well stocked. We like the neighborhood. We liked that the apartment was well back from the street and had two locked gates before getting to the apartment. We felt safe there. We had good communication with the host. Parking was available, but we wished we had inquired about that before arriving. We did have to pay for parking in the underground lot next door. We were happy with the parking garage, just not prepared for it. My hide-a-bed sofa in the living room was typical, which is to say not great.

Great apartment in a real Rome neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. While outside the city center, it is right on a direct bus line - the 628 - that takes you directly into the center. Also about a 10 minute walk from the metro. The apartment was very clean and functional and nicely furnished. It was more spacious than pictured and we loved our espresso in the mornings on the terrace. Two full bathrooms were a godsend. Air conditioning was excellent and much needed. Fabrizio and Monica we’re excellent hosts and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Excellent choice!

The place was clean and ready, very spacious and comfortable with lots of light that provided pleasant stay. Each room was individually air conditioned and both showers were warm with good flow of water. Owners communicated all details in advance and were so helpful during the stay. The best is that city bus no 628 stops right in front of the door, which is what you really want after a long day of discovering attractions of Rome. There are a good chain store for daily needs, a fresh fruit shop and a bakery and a restaurant all less than 100 steps away. Metro station is 10 min away. Highly recommend this place and will choose again.
