Beautiful home on the river with Mountain View’s! Each morning on cue we watched Mule deer play in the river. The home was spotless and well furnished. Being able to pull into the garage was a bonus. Great location to RMNP and downtown.

STUNNING. I would love to stay there again. The place is as described and so much better. You can look out and see mountains the river and wildlife we had a turkey with a chick a mule deer and a couple of marmots as regular passers by. Driving through town we saw an elk feeding her baby. There is central air conditioning! Every thing we needed was there. My favorite Vrbo ever.

We had a beautiful stay and enjoyed the home very much! Beds were so comfortable, view of the river was perfect! We enjoyed the Elk walking by and the serene walk to the coffee shop. We had everything we needed, and would stay here again. I highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful time at this home! It was very clean, the host was very communicative with us and it is right on the river so you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the river. There is also a walking path that goes along the river right to a coffee shop. Dream location, beautiful home! We will be back!

We had a free weekend, so we ran up to Estes. The house was in an excellent location adjacent to a creek, we spent plenty of time on the deck reading. It was very well equipped with necessities and well taken care of. Would highly recommend, we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay and are already considering a trip back next year. The home was clean and hosts were great. The location close to both town and the national park was perfect. And close to the best little grocery store. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the living room and seeing the mule deer at the river.

Spent 4 nights with our grandkids at this beautiful and well maintained home on a picturesque setting on the banks of the Big Thompson river. The home was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed to spend some time with young kids ( crib, high chair, gate, etc). The home is very close to downtown and the RMNP and was a great base camp to spend the days exploring. The hosts were exceptional communicators and everything from the arrival to the departure was communicated in texts and in a book that was at our finger tips. We highly recommend this home for couples or a family and we definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

We so enjoyed our time here. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Communication was great and we really appreciated how quick they were to respond. It was especially helpful to have the book in the house with many recommendations. We took them up on their advice and did the dream lake hike. It was so beautiful!

The place was beautiful, online description was perfect. The managers of the property were available before the trip and during with any and all questions or problems that occurred. All was taken care of immediately. Loved the neighborhood, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Wonderful place for a vacation. Animal viewing from the house was lovely!

We had a great time! We stayed in another property near by before and had a grat time, so it was easy to stay here as well. Sue and Mark are great managers! Can't wait to go back again!

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect and we loved being right by the river. The property manager was very communicative and reached out to check on us several times. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The house was so beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and very comfortable for our family! Our favorite thing was the view off the balcony of the river. We saw deer each morning come up to graze in the grass. We will definitely come back to stay here the next time we are in Estes!

Linda told us that her own family has spent many vacations in beautiful Estes Park and that they hope to continue that tradition at their new vacation home on the Big Thompson River!!
