What a beautiful home

We had such an amazing time at the home and the view each morning of the ocean was just breath taking. My family all slept very comfortably, perfect amenities, what a great place on heaven!.

Unforgettable Terrace and Views

Beautiful views, a moments walk to a really great well stocked supermarket, right on the bus line for Capri, Anacapri or down to the harbour, 3 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms and coffee in the kitchen. Felt like a taste of being a local - everything was clean and well looked after. Outdoor seating areas were 5 star and even has a hot tub and sun lounge chairs. Great place for a group of adults or a family.

Villa Capri

The property was beautifully with very good amenities. The view was simply stunning! The property manager, Isabella, was very helpful and always available to answer any questions or give recommendations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and we recommend it to all.

This property was incredible, the photos do not do being here justice. The views and location was amazing. The bus stops right across the street and the grocery is very close and had amazing options. The manager was very responsive and attentive. We loved our stay on Capri!

Beautiful views and excellent location

Spent two nights in this fabulous villa with my husband, two daughters and a friend. Wish we stayed longer. The villa was very spacious, clean and the views were spectacular. Isabella met us at the villa upon check-in and showed us around the property. She spoke English and she was very friendly. Highly recommend this property.

Incredible place but be aware of dogs

This place is truly incredible! It is a beautiful house and was perfect for our stay in Capri. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views from the Terrance. The host was incredibly helpful, check in was simple and we were able to come earlier than expected! A bus stop is right out front and a grocery store walking distance. Our only complaint is that a family lives in the upstairs unit and they have at least 2 dogs that barked for over an hour and a half straight, NON stop at 630 in the morning on our first day.. a little barking would be one thing but it was obnoxious..

Between two locations

I loved staying here! It's between the Marina and Capri, so no matter where you want to go, you must walk and so prepared. The hot tub and view were lovely. As others said, you are near a grocery store, which is super convenient. I'm a spoiled American so I found the sheets at almost all my Italian places terrible, but these were really scratchy. I would still love to stay here again.

Wonderful

The villa is spacious and has a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee/breakfast, watching the boats coming and going. The hot tub was relaxing too. A special recognition for the hostess, Isabella. She makes sure you have everything and treats you like she’s known you for some time. We planned a private birthday dinner with Isabella; she and her friend cooked a wonderful Italian meal. A great experience. Highly recommend!!

Sweet spot above Capri marina

Good rental located in between the marina and town. Beautiful views, spacious living area, effective air conditioners. Taxis during high season are difficult to come by. Bus stop is right at the property’s gate. Bus are often very full during high season. So plan transportation and timing accordingly. Grocery store 100M from gate.

Great view and a convenient location

We had an great stay at this rental in Marina Grande. The view of the water and outdoor space are amazing. The property manager was very accommodating, communicated well and provided great local recommendations at checkin. There is a great grocery store just down the street. There is a bus stop close, but the marina is an easy walk and you can take the funicular to the upper Capri area. We will be back!

Perfect house in Capri!

This spacious home was wonderful for our mini Capri vacation. The home is clean comfortable. The large terrace has an amazing view of the harbor. It was nice having breakfast on the outdoor patio. Short walking distance to supermarket. Bus stop was right outside but we walked to Marina. Isabella greeted us and showed us around. She was such a help when we had a question. We found it to be in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, Beautiful Views, Perfect Amenities

We had a wonderful time at this property while on Capri. Location was good, located between the marina and Piazzetta. A local market is a very short walk from the villa. The villa was spacious for family of five. There are a few dogs in the villa above, although we only heard them only a few times and didn’t bother us. If you choose not to walk, there is a taxi service on the island that will pick you up from the villa and take you where you choose to go. While on the island we took a three hour private boat ride around the island which made a stop at the blue grotto which was fabulous. Overall was a great villa for our family from the USA.

nice, but ...

Eigentlich wĂ€re das ein schönes Objekt. Allerdings habe die Nachbarn im Appartement darĂŒber 4 Hunde, die nahezu ununterbrochen bellen. Und das macht das Ganze sehr ungemĂŒtlich.

Wonderful property, stunning view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at this beautiful home in Capri and wish it could have been longer. The home is exactly as represented and very close to a supermarket which was extremely convenient. We cooked two meals and had all the cooking pans, utensils, etc that we needed. We ate our dinners overlooking the gulf in the outdoor seating area you see pictured and it was lovely! The location is halfway up the hill so it only takes ten minutes to walk to the harbor. We were happy to not be closer as we really got a neighborhood feel. Loved this property!!
