Located in the Highlands at Breckenridge: hike or bike the flume trails system from the front door, quick drive to Breckenridge ski area, golf/cross country skiing, fishing, and more. Base camp for all of your outdoor Colorado adventures! The perfect getaway any time of the year. Sleeps 14, all in beds (maximum of 10 adults). Plenty of room for your whole crew with 3 king bedrooms including in-suite baths and 2 bunk-rooms: one with twin/twin and twin/queen bunkbeds and one with queen/queen bunkbed. All furniture in lower level bedrooms and in the main master is new and custom made by Cleveland Creek Log and Lodge Furniture. Two living spaces with large TVs and gas fireplaces. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard in the lower level. Curl up with a book in the cozy loft. Gather your crew around the large dining table. Relax and take in the amazing views from several windows or step outside to breathe in the fresh air while you relax on the deck or in the hot tub. Lovely property

Picture Perfect Christmas

I can’t express how nice our stay was at this property. Everything looked just as it did in the listing. The home was very clean and I really appreciated having everything that we needed! The views of the mountains are amazing from the windows of the home. I would love to make this home our annual Christmas getaway!!! We all loved this property so much!!!

Family ski trip

Great location, beautiful house. We had a fabulous time. The manager was great to work with and brought us a new coffee pot when ours didn’t work. Wonderful experience.

Great family ski trip!

We loved our time at this house and enjoyed the proximity to all the activities nearby. The host is very responsive, and the layout of the house was perfect for our large family. Everything worked well, and the house was well-stocked. We hope to return next year!

A perfect stay in Breckenridge!

We had the most wonderful stay at LuvBreck! The house was the perfect size for our group of 9 - everyone had their own spaces, and the kids loved the bunk beds and the little bean bag nook. The house was well furnished and well stocked with the essentials. Everything was well organized - from the check in and check out instructions both online and in a binder at the house, and the little notes all around the home with instructions were super helpful. The house was cozy and warm, and the views were just incredible. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Communication with the host was well-received and responses were fast. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and would 100% stay at LuvBreck again!

Absolutely Breathtaking Property & Amazing Service & Hospitality

Honestly this is one of the most beautiful cabins we have ever stayed at in Colorado and we have stayed in a few throughout the years. It has all the amenities you will ever need! The property and location were perfect. The host was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We were three families traveling with our children (ages 10-16) and they all enjoyed the home as much as the adults did! Highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back!

Ski Vacation

We had such a wonderful time in Breckenridge, and getting to return each day after skiing to this beautiful, relaxing home, was the best part! The space is laid out so nicely, especially for a larger group. Plenty of space to have your own area, or all come together. So happy we booked this home!

Terrific Family House in Breckenridge

We had a great time in this terrific house in Breckenridge! The kids loved the shuffleboard and the little nook under the stairs. The home was in great shape and perfect if you like to cook your own family meals and enjoy them with first rate views. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious family vacation in the mountains. PS - We even saw a moose roaming right around the house!

Ideal location for Us

There were 13 of us in this house. 4 adults and 9 children! This house had more than enough space. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had a blast! This home was centrally located for all of things we did. Just a few minutes drive to Breckenridge, we also traveled to the hot springs, red rocks, and Frisco for lots of family oriented activities. But coming home to this house was always a welcome break from the busy day. The only thing was I had reached out to the person they had listed for questions. I had sent a text regarding the hot tub and never got a response. But in all honesty, it wasn't a big enough issue to even call. I was able to figure it out. All in all, the stay was great. I would highly recommend.

Cool in the mountains

This is the second time we stay at this property. For our group, it’s perfect. The house is in great condition, everything works, and whatever you think you will need, it’s probably there. We will probably return in the future.

Excellent ski adventure!

Exactly what we needed for 3 families and a bunch of kids. Room to play and sled in the yard, and a super easy drive to the gondola for lots of fun on the mountain.

Best house in Breckenridge so far…

This house and the property were amazing. We’ve been to Breck 3 to 4 times and it was the best house we’ve stayed in. The inside is pristine. The living area on the top floor is perfect with lots of space to congregate to start the day together over coffee and breakfast by the fire as well as to end the day with a nice family dinner. The downstairs living area was perfect to allow the kids their space and or use for a shuffleboard competition. The hut tub was hot and the jets worked great after a long day on the mountain. Truly a pleasure staying here. We will be sure to return on our next trip to Breckenridge. Thank you SO much for allowing us to stay…

Excellent location / Great for large families

Kitchen was stocked for all the supplies you need, and the bathroom had all the soaps, lotions and toiletries (super soft toilet paper!). The house was very spacious, well taken care of and excellent views. Questions to management were answered immediately and they were very accommodating. We would love to stay there again on next Breck trip.

Incredible Accomodations

From the very beginning, the communication with the property owner was very responsive. The property was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations. This was our families annual ski vacation which included our kids, grandkids, and nephews. The group totaled 12 including an infant and the house accommodated all of us very well with room to spare. The kitchen was fully equipped and met all our needs. It is a beautiful home and we look forward to returning next year.

Leadville Race stay

We had a group in town for a week, to run the Leadville 100. This house is truly spectacular, in every way. Great location, beautiful property and an awesome place to host our gathering . Very comfortable to accommodate our 7-8 people, and we hope to return next year for vacation week. A wonderful experience overall!

Outstanding stay

Such a fine home in a great Breck community. Everything was so well done inside and out…..simply perfect for our family stay. This was our second time to visit and we will absolutely be back! We actually had part of our honeymoon in Breckenridge back in 1994. We have loved the area and the town for years and are excited to share our little piece of Colorado paradise with you and your friends and family. We are excited to own in the Highlands in particular as we feel like the neighborhood has so much to offer from proximity to town to quick access to the golf courses and several beautiful trails. Homes in the Highlands are tasteful, unique and well kept. The area is teeming with wildlife and amazing views abound!

Our home offers a great mix of getting away from it all yet being close to all the amazing things Breckenridge has to offer. You can enjoy the fabulous views and Colorado atmosphere from inside the house or step outside the front door and put yourself into the action. We have lots of space for a large group to spread out and relax, watch tv, eat, read, nap, play games, chat... When you're looking for togetherness, our open floor plan offers plenty of space to gather a large group.
