Fantastic modern villa, immaculately kept with lots of excellent amenities. The pool and garden patio is simply gorgeous, beds comfortable, and the location unrivalled.Besides the beautiful town and lake of Annecy, it's a short drive to cable car stations for a mountain hike, or some amazing hikes with waterfalls and rock pools which the whole family enjoyed.We enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you so much Jean and Françoise for an unforgettable holiday!

Idéal en famille

Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires Françoise et Jean Raymond qui ont visiblement mis beaucoup de soin dans l'optimisation de leur belle maison et grand jardin. La région est magnifique et c'était très ressourçant d'avoir un logement aussi spacieux et confortable, au calme et proche de toutes les excursions (15 à 45 min tout autour du lac d'Annecy, plages & montagne). Nos enfants ont profité tous les soirs en rentrant de la piscine extérieure chauffée (au sel, super agréable - et avec un volet roulant de sécurité).

Séjour très agréable au calme

Très belle maison, spacieuse. Jardin et piscine magnifiques. Proximité de commerces. Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances au calme et profiter du charme de la mer et de la montagne, je vous recommande cette maison. Propriétaires très sympathiques qui vous conseillent pas mal d'activités et petits restaurants dans le coin. Idéal pour groupes calmes ou familles
