2013年に改装された1890年のこの大きな典型的な家で、家族や友人とアヌシー湖をお楽しみください。
山のふもと、ビーチから2分のところにあり、素晴らしい環境での滞在を体験してください。
この大きな家には4つのベッドルームがあります。ダブルベッドのある3つのベッドルームと、ダブルベッドと上げられたシングルベッド（はしご付き）のある子供用の部屋です。各客室にはバルコニーがあり、一部の客室にはテラスに直接アクセスできます。
屋根の下にある快適なテレビラウンジには、ソファがあり、追加のベッドが2台あります。
家族全員を満たすために、洗濯機と乾燥機を備えた2つのモダンなバスルームがあります。
隣接するダイニングルームのある大きなキッチンには、モダンな電気オーブン、ガスコンロ、抽出器、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、特にすべての料理、鍋、大家族を収容するための料理、すべてのカトラリー、キッチンツール。
外装は庭の家具、テラスでのバーベキュー、サンラウンジャー、湖と山々の息をのむような景色、そして家の後ろの日陰で緑豊かなコーナーですべてを完璧に囲んでいます。
最後に、家の前に3つの駐車スペースがあります。
家は、近所の人たちがいる非常に静かな行き止まりにあります：夜間騒音は、法の前に難解で、厳しい罰金を科せられますが、午後10時以降は不可能です... お待ちしています。

Clean and fully equipped

Stayed there with 10 people. One of us slept on the sofa bed. The house was clean, the host was easily reachable and the kitchen was fully equipped, including fondue and raclette machines. The house is just next to the lake. Would stay again.

Great location

This property was fantastic for our needs. It's larger than it looks online and has fantastic views of the lake from most of the windows and those that don't, have great views of the mountains. The wi-fi was good which meant the younger members could be on-line without any fuss. The rooms were all of a good size and the outside space was more than adequate. As advertised, it is indeed a short walk to a nice little beach area with easy access to the lake. We would stay there again.

Good not great

The house met our needs for the week (great location with nearby food and fun activities). You should expect to receive a supplemental contract, and expect a hefty cash deposit to be paid to a local house manager. House is barebones as far as trash bags, soap, etc - don't expect any. If you pay for towels/sheets, expect a single bath towel per person. The area offers plenty to do for all - from hiking to paragliding to time at the nearby beach, and this house is a great home base for large groups.

Comfortable retreat with lots of space.

We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person for linen, which were just mismatched sets that were placed in one bedroom, so this caused some confusion at the start. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, location was great, easy to catch the bus to Annecy to avoid parking. We would love to come back some time in the summer. Thank you.

La mise à disposition en option du linge et des draps est bien précisée sur le site : Certains vacanciers préfèrent dormir dans leurs draps et/ou en faire économie. Nous sommes désolés pour ce malentendu. Nous louons la maison au week-end ou à la semaine, mais pas les lits faits... Logistique trop contraignante pour une grande maison pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes qu'il faut remettre au propre entre chaque location, d'où ce choix. Nous sommes néanmoins ravis que vous vous soyez plût chez nous. Vous pouvez revenir quand vous voulez, vous serez les bienvenus. Bien à vous. Nous sommes désolés pour ce malentendu. Ein schönes Haus mit eigenem Charakter und Charme in super Lage mit Blick auf den See. Die Küche war neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen hervorragend und die Terrasse und der Garten sehr schön, auch für Kinder. Es gibt auch viele Spielsachen und Bücher für Kinder. (Französisch)Leider war es nicht so sauber. Das Geschirr war nicht gut gespült, in den Bädern gab es Spinnweben und die Zimmer waren teilweise etwas staubig und nicht gut geputzt. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit perfekter Lage für Ausflüge ans Wasser, mit dem Fahrrad und in die Berge, die allerdings etwas mehr gepflegt werden könnte.

Nous avions loué pour 10 personnes pour le mariage de notre fils sur Annecy. Tout s’est très bien passé. Emplacement idéal de la maison à 2min à pied du lac ce qui évite les embouteillages de saison. Bien équipée avec mention spéciale pour la terrasse vue sur lac et le jardin avec vue montagne.

Très belle maison à 2min du lac

Parfait !

Emplacement idéal, proche du lac, très bien équipé. Même nombreux, chacun à trouver son espace (sauf dans les toilettes du bas qui sont petits pour les longues jambes). Deux d’entre nous auraient appréciés la télé en bas. Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé 4 jours très sympas, au cours desquels nous avons réalisé le.programme prevu. Les paysages sont à couper le souffle. Le gite est vraiment bien situé a proximité immediate du lac et des accès à Annecy, ville.magnifiques à visiter impérativement

Bel emplacement

L’intérieur est un peu vieillot. Ménage laissant à désirer. Il faudrait un peu rénover. Sinon emplacement idéal pour visiter le lac.

Fantastique séjour en famille

Idealement située, la maison est grande et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons aimé son caractère et son esprit maison de famille. Le lac est à proximité, tout comme la piste cyclable et il y a de très jolies ballades en forêt autour. L’accueil de Patricia a été parfait! Je recommande vivement

Bon emplacement

Nous sommes à l'écart des embouteillages d'Annecy. Le lac est à portée de vue et accessible rapidement à pied. Nous recommandons l'emplacement de se logement.

Séjour décevant

Propreté à revoir et matériel intérieur et extérieur à changer d urgence. Les photos ne reflète pas la jeunesse de la rénovation. Chaises de cuisine en bois qui n ont plus de peinture. Salon de jardin bois pourri . M. Ray venez voir votre maison .par contre emplacement super et Mme Lombard est très sympathique

Bonjour Corinne. Message reçu pour le salon de jardin. J'ai effectivement un peu trop anticipé sur sa tenue une année de plus... son changement est prévu mais compliqué à gérer en pleine saison. Merci pour l'info. La maison malheureusement est soumise à rude épreuve par certains locataires peu respectueux... j'en suis désolé. Les chaises seront repeintes cet automne. Si l'envie de repasser l'année prochaine vous tente, vous trouverez un salon de jardin neuf. Merci pour les infos. Une belle journée à vous. Denis
