From the moment we arrived, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for a beach vacation and made it so easy to just relax and enjoy every minute. The condo itself was spotless and well kept, and we loved that everything you could possibly need was already there. Nothing was missing and we never had to make a single run for supplies, which made the whole trip feel seamless from start to finish.The community pool is absolutely incredible and quickly became our go to spot after getting back from the beach. And when the sun goes down, being walking distance to The Big Chill made the nights just as good as the days. Such a fun spot that added so much to the overall experience.The host was fantastic throughout the whole process, super communicative and made check in and check out a breeze. If you are looking for a stress free beach getaway, look no further. This one checks every box. Highly recommend to anyone and we are already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect family getaway to 30a!

Our family of 4 traveled down to 30a for a vacation and this property was perfect! Very clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach gear, and beautifully decorated. 30th Anniversary

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th Anniversary. The home is pristine and located in the middle of a lot of fun things to do. The fact that bikes were provided was a plus for us. The owner was very quick with communication and this was a great stay for us.

Perfect Getaway

This property is great spot for a beach getaway. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The property is as advertised and is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed at the property and communication with management was great. We felt like we were in a great central location and was close to everywhere we wanted to visit while we were there as well. We absolutely had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. We were really sad to leave and wished we could have stayed a few more days!

We had a great time staying at the beautiful condo over spring break with our 2 teenagers. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kids loved riding the bikes around the area. The Hub across the street was a fun area to visit and shop. Appreciated the towels and beach chairs to use. Daniela was so easy to work with and to get in touch with. This place was so beautiful and it truly was immaculate. I love a clean place and this place was clean! Kudos to the cleaning crew! Beautifully decorated brand new unit with everything you could need

We loved this unit and the area! Unit was perfect down to the towels and bedding to the kitchen dishes and and pretty matching utensils. It had everything needed to be a very comfortable, luxurious stay. The HUB area was great with lots of good food at good prices. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We rented a golf cart which worked out well getting around since we had driving age kids.

Spring Break Getaway

Our first trip to 30A and it was FABULOUS! My family visited for Spring Break and had a blast! The property is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous furnishings and decor, and fully stocked with anything you could need. Loved the location with The Big Chill right across the street, close to the pool and a short golf cart ride to the insanely beautiful beaches. Loved having the bicycles as well. Check in/out was very easy and the owner is very helpful and quick to respond if you have a question. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.
