Sandy, Salty, Happy — the kind of trip your kids will still be talking about next summer. Beachwood Villas sits directly across from public beach access, about 1,300 feet — a 5-minute walk — from toes in the sand, with two community pools, tennis, shuffleboard, and corn hole right on site. Miles of pedestrian-friendly walkways connect you to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and everywhere between.

This top-floor, third-story condo (no elevator) sleeps 8 across three bedrooms. The Master offers a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bath. Bedroom Two has a queen and smart TV, sharing the second full bath with Bedroom Three, where two sets of twin bunk beds and their own smart TV keep the kids entertained long after the beach bags come off. Every TV in the condo is a smart TV, so guests can log into their own streaming accounts.

We hold ourselves to a high bar for cleanliness — every stay starts with all sheets, blankets, and quilts freshly laundered, bath towels provided, and a drying rack on the balcony for wet gear after a day at the water. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and a Keurig for that first cup), and complimentary use of some of our beach toys and rackets means you don't have to pack everything yourself.

When energy's still left to burn, hit the courts for a set or the pool for one more dip — wet suits go straight in the washer/dryer, ready for tomorrow. Evenings wind down with free Wi-Fi, games, and the beach décor on your own private balcony. Central along 30A with easy driving access from neighboring Gulf states and a short trip from the Panama City Beach and Destin airports, Beachwood Villas puts you right where the walk to white sand beats the drive every time.

Memorial Day Weekend

We loved how the unit was tucked away from busyness but still right across from the beach!! It was the perfect size and location for our family. So much to enjoy from the beach, pools, tennis, games, etc.

We decided to take a last-minute trip to the beach for a few days, and this condo was GREAT!! It's clean, recently updated, the property has great amenities and it's right across the street from the beach. We took our bikes and rode into Seaside every day. We would stay here again.

In such a great location!

We loved how close the property was to everything, we walked to pretty much everywhere! This was all of our first time in the area and it was a perfect little place for a trip with the girls. The property managers were great - thorough, kind, and attentive! Next time I plan a trip there I would love to come back and stay.

Perfect getaway

I traveled with four girlfriends and we found the location of this property perfect. Great location for biking into Seaside and walking across the street to a beautiful beach. Definitely want to come back sometime!

Good Seagrove Spot

This condo is conveniently near one of the public beach access points. It is a well maintained property with responsive, pleasant owners. The pools and extras like boogie boards and umbrella were also a great addition for our family.

Great location, great property

We had a great stay at this property. It is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the towels/ linens are nice. Enjoyed the large patio! Only thing to consider if you have more than a couple of people staying here, the living area furniture is minimal. We would definitely recommend this property.

Dear Joel and Emily, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back! Thank you for your feedback. We have been at the condo with our families as well and consider having a L shape couch or something bigger for the living room, however, after having measured, it felt we wouldn’t have space to move around. To accommodate larger groups better, we placed a chair in each bedroom which could be pulled into the living room.

Hi Dan, We’re glad you enjoyed! Next time, to even out the temps, you can adjust the A/C at the t-stat and then adjust the vents it flows through. In this way, the south-facing, primary bedroom which definitely gets more sun will cool down more.

This property has everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation. It is very clean and updated. The owners were a dream to work with. We loved having three bedrooms with three teenagers.

Memorable vacation with grandparents

Our family had an amazing stay at Sandy salty happy. It was a great set up for us to enjoy a vacation with grandparents. The kitchen was very well supplied with many nice touches, including mixing bowls and nice platters. We also really enjoyed having a washer and dryer inside the unit. Wonderful hosts

The hosts are wonderful! Clean and nice! Just make sure you know that there isn’t an elevator and you have to go up three flights of stairs with your luggage. I think this is important info if you are elderly or have trouble getting up and down stairs.

High school senior spring break!

We loved our stay!! We walked across the street to the public beach everyday, the girls rented bikes for the week and rode to Seaside everyday too! Perfect location. We saw whales, dolphins and amazing sunsets! So many great places to eat . The condo was perfect! Quiet, clean, safe, the kitchen was great for staying in. Publix grocery just down the road was a treat too. Laundry came in handy. Coffee on the deck each morning was pleasant. The pools were fun! Loved that there was beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. It made for such a memorable senior spring break! Thank you!

Great getaway, perfect location

This was a perfect location for our family, my husband and I, four kids and grandma. The beach, ice cream/shaved ice and a few restaurants made alot of our vacation walkable. We even walked to Seaside for the day. Bike rental is right next door and we were able to bike to Grayton Beach State Park. The association did have some trouble keeping the heated pool usable. My family really enjoyed the tennis courts and shuffleboard as well. Michael and Krizia did a nice job of supplying things you would need.....beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles and sand toys. Thanks for helping my family make memories.

Perfect end to the summer!

We loved the condo! It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc! Our kids loved having the bunk room to themselves. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. The location is ideal - so close to Butterfly bike rentals and Tom Thumb. We would stay here again for sure.

Fun in the Sun

Our young family (3 kids under 6), my sister, and mother all stayed and were comfortable at Krizia’s place. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. She provided beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards, beach towels, and umbrella which was very handy. The kids used the boogie boards every day. The public beach access is about a 5 minute walk and it is helpful to know that you have to walk about 200 ft once getting to the beach to access additional public beach as the access point public beach is not very wide. We ended up renting umbrella and chairs for the week from the guys at the beach to make it easier for us and not have to go early to claim a spot as this was a busy time to go. That made it great and not stressful for us! We also rented bikes from Butterfly Bike and Kayak which dropped off our bikes and we had fun biking to Seaside and the Hub. The condo is in a convenient location to bike path, Tom Thumb, and restaurants, pool, and beach. Krizia was so good at communicating and letting us know before we arrived about a broken beach chair and missing garbage can and was proactive in getting these items to us without us even asking! Thanks for a nice stay!
