Very cute property. Nice almost private pool. Across the street from the beach. Definitely a walk to everything location. Host are awesome! Why would you stay anywhere else!

This location was perfect for 1-2 people. Nicely well maintained, clean and located directly across the street from a beach access pathway. Less than a five minute walk to the Pass.

We had such a wonderful quick trip! It’s such a wonderful short walk to the beach. So close to so many fun things like John’s pass and we hit up Bamboo Beach Grill for some great entertainment, food and environment! If you want some great clam chowder hit up Friendlys! We utilized the easy access to the trolley to go other places! Oh and how can I forget Lisa’s next door for Brunch, absolutely Delicious!!!!! Dennis was a great host and there is also a 7 eleven a block away open 24 hours, so accommodating! Favorite part was that the room provides 2 chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for a great time at the beach. We will be back!!!!

This Vrbo was great!!! Communication with the host was excellent. The checking in and then checking out couldn’t have been easier. As soon as we entered our room we noticed how clean and comfortable it was. The mattress was super comfortable, he supplied the normal items, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker. He even had beach items for us to use, two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. The beach is right across Gulf Blvd with a pedestrian crossing. The pool was very nice, warm and clean. Perfect location if you’re looking to do activities at the Pass or Hubbard’s Marina about a 10 minute walk. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars in John’s Pass. Also many restaurants on Gulf Blvd. I will highly recommend The Wave Resort, we are definitely planning on staying there again.

Best cozy spot! Location! Location! Parked rental when arrived and never got back in until it was time to leave. Beach right across the street and a few min walk to John’s Pass! I would highly recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to all the action on Saint Johns Pass and the north end. Everything you need for a beach stay.

Weekend

Close to beach for sunset walks, thanks for the beach chairs in the closet. Easy to get to Johns Pass for restaurants, bars and ice cream. Small space but worked for our needs

Great little place with all the things you need to go to the beach without having to pack them

Great place , only problem we had was the combo lock on the door would not lock last couple days we were there, so we didn't feel safe leaving anything valuable in the room unsecured.

Great hosts and location

The hosts, Dennis and MJ, are awesome. The best hosts we've encountered in many VRBO stays. Very easy check in process. The property is very clean. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach is a short walk across the street. We had a great time. Thanks again Dennis and MJ!

Great Location

Great location for the area....easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and John's Pass for shopping and entertainment. Condo was clean and communication with the owner was good. Parking was available but spots were small so a larger vehicle may be a challenge to park. Other than that the condo has everything you need for a condo at the beach.

Perfect vacation spot

We were very happy to stay at the cozy corner! We had what we needed. Great for 2 people! Beach chairs and umbrella were available and used almost everyday. We loved walking to John’s Pass, restaurants and ice cream were all within walking distance . Dennis and Mj were great to talk with, if you need anything they are very responsive. Definitely coming back.

Evonne and her husband Mike were a pleasure to meet, chat and host! Our place was left in great shape and followed all our house rules. I would recommend them to anyone. They are respectable, kind and curtious people. Any host would enjoy having them!

What do you think about it? I expected it to be a little more comfortable in the seating area. Not just a bed and a table. I was disappointed in that aspect.

The condo was as advertised except for the shower. Water pressure was very low. That was the only negative thing. If that gets addressed we would stay again.

Great host great place

What a great host, I have stayed at several VRBO houses and Dennis and his wife were absolutely great to deal with very quick to respond, when we got there the beach chairs that were provided to use were not working properly, not only did they bring us there personal chairs to use for the remainder of our stay they came out on the beach and found us to switch them out and went out of there way to make sure everything was right this day in age that is not done often enough. This place is in a great location close to lot of restaurants and right across the street from the beach in a quiet end of town will definitely book again if ever back to the area room was clean and great for two people to have a quiet week or weekend at the beach. Thanks again for being such great host Domon and Crystal
