Condo was super clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. The bed slept very well. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. No beach gear or beach towels provided within the unit. Unit as described and would stay here again.

Right on the beach, and right across from EVERYTHING Johns Pass has to offer- it’s our new fav go-to resort!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is older. No room for a dishwasher. The TV internet is very slow and non-responsive at times.It is a great little unit for one guy that spends most of his time on the beach or boardwalk. Bring your own salt and pepper as the only things offered above just dishes and plates is what other people may have left. I would stay here again, that's just me. But wanted to state all that I experienced in Unit 212. It is a unit off from the main building not directly near the beach. So, on the positive- you wont have little kids running around.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not very satisfied . Entry door was beat up and missing paint and problems with the lock. Bedroom door and bathroom door would not close. Bathroom was extremely small, knees almost rubbed the vanity. All doors in the unit needed replacing, beat up and paint chipped.Road noise from outside was was very loud inside the unit. Windows also needed replacement, did not seal and you could feel air around them.We would not consider renting this unit again. IT WAS CLEAN INSIDE, and Jenn and Dawn very very nice in the office..

VERY NASTY PLACE and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

The listing stated all new flooring and furnishing! The carpet was so nasty, stained and sticky that you could not take your shoes off. There was dirt/sweat stains where your legs and arms would touch the sofa and chair! The kitchen chairs wheels fell off when my husband sat down in it and the other kitchen chairs arm was coming completely undone! The bathroom was not clean!!! There was toothpaste spit all over faucet and black hair on the counter top. Also the bathroom is so tiny one person are barley fit inside! Luckily management refunded our complete stay and we were able to find another place to stay the same day! NOW VRBO NEEDS TO REFUND FEES!

Madeira Beach Stay

Loved staying here. Very reasonably priced. Although small, everything was well laid out. This was our first time staying in Madeira Beach versus Treasure Island and we were happy. Directly across the street from John's pass. Had a great time and the weather was perfect.

Right on the beach

The property itself was very cute and had an amazing location but when we sat down to use the toilet our knees almost hit the sink, and when trying to take a shower my husband and I hit our hips on the sink almost every time getting in and out. The bed also very hard and not all that comfortable. I’d love to stay here again but I don’t think we will unless the sink gets fixed and the mattress is taken care of.

Was disappointed there was not a good view of the beach, pool, or really anything

The process was quick and easy property was clean bathroom was very small. had stove, microwave, and coffee maker but no blender so we bought one and left it their for the next guest. Had a nice pool good location across from Johns pass.

Excellent little condo that fits all your needs while on vacation. Very short walk to everything, the pool, the beach, shopping, everything. We'll be back next year and this is the unit we'll be requesting and if we can't get this one, any unit in this resort will be excellent.

Poor accommodations

The website was quite deceiving. Supposedly, the kitchen was fully stocked but had nothing but pots, pans, and dinnerware. No paper towel, no condiments etc. Instead of being in the main building on the beach, it was over the office. The bathroom was so small my knees hit the lavatory when sitting on the toilet. There was no hair dryer or shampoo. The living room didn't even have a sofa, just a small loveseat.
