5 stars all the way,this rental was unique,extremely clean,and very welcoming. Decor is one of a kind with just the slightest touch of kitsch. Beautifully stocked kitchen,and thoughtful touches abound,such as extra throw blankets and lots of pillows.I'd live there if I could.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the open concept with the main rooms all in the middle and the bedrooms on each side. The 2 porches with one screened in and the other open are great features. We only had to bring our clothes and food as the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The home is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. We also were happy we were able to bring our family dog. Hopefully, we can return in the future for another great week.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house looked exactly like the photos and we had a great time. The only thing we didn’t love was the traffic, the house is located on a very busy street. Apart from that we had a great stay!

Lovely private beach house within minutes walk to beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Hope to stay here again!!

Perfect Stay!

The property is well stocked, clean and well decorated. They had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised at how close to the beach it is! Great stay, would 100% return to this property in the future.

Close convenient walk to beachMold & heavy condensation in bedroom closet caused guests to sleep on sofas the first night. One of sinks in master bathroom did not drain. Both issues reported first day. Mold cleaned the next day however clogged sink never resolved. Also one of crisper drawers in fridge was cracked & unusable.

Lovely beach getaway

My family enjoyed a long weekend at this beautifully renovated property. The decor is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. We loved the spacious outdoor porches and being just steps from the beach access. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great family spot

Had a great time with my wife and two young daughters. Block off the beach and a few blocks down from the busy town. Enjoyed our few days there.

Wonderful place!

My family stayed here for a little over a week, and we loved it! The home is a great size with a casual, beautiful decor, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance of the restaurants and bars, but just far enough away for completely quiet nights. We will stay again for sure!

Great Beach Getaway

The property was fantastic! Super easy beach access, about a 2 minute walk and very close to downtown, but far enough to be in a nice quiet part of the street. Both decks were great to sit out on and we would definitely come back!

Fun at the beach

We really enjoyed the house during our vacation! It was very clean and convenient to everything, and the beach was only a block away! It was also very close to the public beach access, so getting there was a breeze! Will recommend to our friends!

Nice Beach Cottage

The house is as advertised and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach. Parking is better in the back driveway (Cooper St.) than the driveway on the Ashley. We would stay here again.

Lovely holiday weekend

Beautiful house very close to the beach access. Good space to hang out as a family and enough room for a 2 year old to be able to play. Easy check in and check out. We had a lovely long weekend.

Beautiful House close to the Beach

Beautiful clean house with great kitchen, family room, back deck and front porch (our favorite)! Super close to the beach and easy to walk or golf cart to town (or Bert’s Market). We loved the house and Folly and plan to return! Our dogs loved it too!
