My family enjoyed a long weekend at this beautifully renovated property. The decor is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. We loved the spacious outdoor porches and being just steps from the beach access. We can’t wait to stay again!

My family stayed here for a little over a week, and we loved it! The home is a great size with a casual, beautiful decor, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance of the restaurants and bars, but just far enough away for completely quiet nights. We will stay again for sure!

The house is as advertised and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach. Parking is better in the back driveway (Cooper St.) than the driveway on the Ashley. We would stay here again.

The property was fantastic! Super easy beach access, about a 2 minute walk and very close to downtown, but far enough to be in a nice quiet part of the street. Both decks were great to sit out on and we would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed the house during our vacation! It was very clean and convenient to everything, and the beach was only a block away! It was also very close to the public beach access, so getting there was a breeze! Will recommend to our friends!

Beautiful clean house with great kitchen, family room, back deck and front porch (our favorite)! Super close to the beach and easy to walk or golf cart to town (or Bert’s Market). We loved the house and Folly and plan to return! Our dogs loved it too!

Block from the beach

House was nicely update! We all really liked it. Be aware that most homes in that area are elevated so you have to climb stairs. Tv controller took time to figure out?Overall we spent 7 days there and were happy with it. We were close to visit many sights . Charleston was a nice surprise.

Loved this house!

This is a beautiful and comfotable house for our family. There always some shade and depending on where the sun is, you go to the deck on one side or the screened porch on the other side. There is a short walk to the beach and close to Bert's Market and down town restaurants.

Our family loved the house. Teens stayed on one side and parents the other. Fabulous open floor plan, awesome kitchen and overall nicely done. Having a covered porch and back deck was great. Loved proximity to beach and short bike ride into town. Highly recomm me this property.

This property was a perfect layout for a family with teenagers. Plenty of space for our family and overall very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Overall very clean. Great location that’s just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We can’t wait for our next trip to Folly Beach and would certainly look to stay here again.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay here. Short walk to beach access. The house is perfect -- very clean and inviting and well stocked with everything you might need. The porches are both large and comfortable, although the front porch can be a bit noisy with traffic at times. My only complaint is that the listing did not make accessibility issues clear enough for bringing elderly guests. Overall A+.
