Spring Ski

My adult son and I stayed for three days of skiing 4/10-4/12/25.Second time staying in this unit.Close to Winter Park and close to Safeway for groceries or close to Restaurants if you don’t want to cook.Nice little grill on covered deck.Easy in and out two bath two bedroom modern condo perfect for two or family of four.Well appointed kitchen…used the pizza pan! Nice fridge and stove for cooking as well as dishwasher for cleanup.Easy keybox entry and nice TV .We will return

Great Home Away from Away

This was a terrific home away from home. I would give 5 stars for a longer stay, but for our specific stay 4 seems right. The caveat being that the difference in gear for a 2 night stay vs a 5 night stay is minimal. Moving all of that gear up 3 flights of stairs just feels like a bit more of a hassle for a shorter stay, especially with no guaranteed, close parking spot. Would 100% stay again.

Ski Trip Stay

The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and perfectly located to go skiing at winter park, by taking the neighborhood shuttle! Host was super welcoming and responsive! We especially loved the view, thank you again for letting us stay here!

We’d stay again

Very clean. Great location. Negatives are -there is a train that goes by at all hours (yes, sleeping hours) right in front of the parking at the building. - this place was super hot/heated & not able to adjust the temp. We had to turn off the thermostat & open windows. I contacted the host who said they use a particular system to that doesn’t allow for quick cooling down & was instructed to open windows. So we did,

Great property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We opted to drive and park. While the bus stop is nearby, access is via sloped and winding road that was another and ice packed. Would not have been a pleasant walk carrying ski gear. Property itm

Great Location and Beautiful Views

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Condo was very clean, bed was comfortable. It was a good central location for us to explore the things we wanted to see. It is close to train track and the train does pass by in the early morning hours. Wasn’t a big issue for us, but you will notice when it passes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 5 days at this VRBO Unit while in the area for a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. If we're ever in Fraser/ Winterpark again, we will seek out this unit again.

Beautiful Condo

My 22 yr old son and I stayed in this 2 bedroom condo Thur 4/4/24 thru Sun. We skied at Winter Park Fri Sat and Sun. Condo was close to Winter Park and close to Safeway for groceries. Easy. Comfortable. Clean. Quiet. 3rd floor unit.Modern kitchen. Nice big TV as we hunkered down Sat night due to 60+ mph winds and snow in the area. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view, comfy and cozy!

Very clean property! Our family of four (two adults and two children- 11 & 14) loved our stay! Views in the living room and kitchen from the 3rd floor are just amazing. Close to grocery, dining, and a short drive to the mountain for skiing and snowboarding. We didn’t end up using the Lift service (stop is around the corner and down the hill from the property) because we had a rental car, but it would be an easy walk if you needed it. Property is well kept, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay…. we even used the box fans in the closets for background noise each night while we slept. Charlotte was super sweet when we reached out one day thinking we could be snowed in. Thankfully the pass was open and we were able to depart on time, but she was very kind and was willing to help accommodate us if the situation had been different. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property. Great for a small family or a couple. This was our first time in Winter Park and we hope to return!

Great property and location - definitely will stay again!

Very clean unit. Spacious. Love the view. Very close to Winter Park. Great communication with the property manager and they provided very clear instructions with the check in and check out process. Will definitely be back next season.

Close to Winter Park Skiing

We had a quick one-night stay so we were pleased when the unit was available for an early check-in. Also, smoke alarm was chirping when we arrived and maintenance was there quickly to fix it. Loved the large table for us all to sit at and play games. The drive to the ski hill was simple. Not a huge thing for us, but just to note, this is on the 3rd floor so some stairs to navigate. Not quite enough dishes (bowls/spoons, etc.) for our family of 6 but we made it work with chili in a coffee mug :-) Always a treat to get away for a weekend of skiing!

Nicely decorated and comfortable

Very clean, well appointed and equiped. It is 3rd floor so plan on stairs. Conveniently located to shopping, town and resort. Bus stop is a little bit of a walk. Would book this unit again.

Awesome Property

This was even better than the pictures! The condo was centrally located near everything that we wanted. It was clean, well stocked, and had amazing views. The vaulted ceilings throughout and the heated floors in the master bedroom and bath were luxurious.
