This home was very nice. Very Clean. Location was perfect. Fenced in yard for my dogs. A wonderful hot tub. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my family and two dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Everything was very clean and well kept. We had a great view of the beach from thr deck and were only steps away, which was great for our toddler.We would absolutely book this house again.

Awesome Location

Wonderful

We had a wonderful experience! Front deck views amazing. The house was very clean and kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location would be hard to beat. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. Internet was spotty especially in the evenings. We will definitely be back !

A Perfect Family Trip

Reviewer Comments: Planned a weeklong vacation at Bolivar for my daughter, her husband and my twin 2-year-old grandsons and our stay exceeded my expectations! The house was beautiful, modern, comfortable and well-suited for the three adults and two little ones. The enclosed deck was perfect for everyone to be outdoors and not have to worry about the boys streaking down the stairs and getting out to run the beach! The beachfront location right next to the road made it an easy trek each day to the water. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location!

The location of this property was ideal. The beach and water is right there for you to enjoy every time you look or go outside! The house is beautiful and overall it was a great trip. There were mostly little things that for the price should’ve been better. Mostly the internet/wifi, there’s an unmarked light switch in the hall that controls the router, the plan is the lowest tier which means you can’t stream tv AND have others working/playing on their computers. In this remote access world, having an upper tier internet plan is vital. Only mentioning this because if you need to work remotely while there, it could be an issue.

So we got to check in early due to some community activities that would interfere with regular check in. This was a very thoughtful and professional gesture! And we really appreciate the heads up and courtesy. The house was all that the other review said it would be. Very clean, comfy furniture and most of all breathtaking views!! The beach front location right at a beach entrance was very handy as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

This makes it so easy to both sit on the deck and enjoy the view or quickly drive to the waters edge. Not having to drive out to the highway and around to an access road has been a big part of what keeps us coming back each year. The staff at Cobb are always friendly and easy to work with. If something comes up during your stay they work quickly to resolve the issue.

I have often bragged about the view, the immediate access to the beach, the comfort of the home and the well equipped kitchen; but, sometimes it is the little things. The beds are all made when you get there, the TV allows you to download your own apps and watch what you are used to watching, the swing on the front porch, the sunrise in the morning. Yes, you and your family and friends with love this home. Enjoy!

Adventure In Paradise

We have stayed in several different homes and find this one to be at the top of our list. The access to the beach is steps away, the porch and swing are such a peaceful way to begin the day with a cup of coffee, the sun rises are breath taking, the home is well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped the streaming TV allows you to log-in and watch your own subscriptions and then logs you out automatically when you leave, The downstairs shower makes it easy to wash up when you come back from playing on the beach The staff at Cobb Real Estate are alway helpful if your need something in an emergency. We had an issue with the door lock and it was replaced and fixed in just a couple of hours. A real "Adventure in Paradise!

I brought my elderly mom the first half of the week, who enjoyed it immensely. She never had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times, but could enjoy the beauty of the Gulf from the deck. My husband joined me the second half of the week and we enjoyed every aspect. As always, when we rent from Cobb’s, the house was clean, linens were fresh and appeared to be very new, everything worked, and I had no complaints whatsoever. The check-in/checkout process is so seamless. I look forward to renting again.

Spring On The Gulf of Mexico

The location right on the beach makes early morning walks a pleasure, the sun rises are priceless and the home itself is very comfortable and will furnished with everything you could ever need. We like the location because it is closer to the Ferry than many places we have stayed and the trip to Galveston is alway a must. You are close to restaurants and other shopping right there in Crystal Beach. We especially like the streaming service and our ability to use our Fubo service and along with other streaming Apps we have. We call Keepin' It Reel our Happy Place. Spend a few days on the beach and soak up the beauty of God's Creation.

Another Stay In Our Happy Place

Reviewer Comments: Marianne and I have been coming down to Bolivar for the past five years and have stayed in many very nice places; but, Keeping It Reel has been our favorite place to stay since the Pink House was taken out of the rental pool. You are right on the beat, the sunrises are breath taking, the porch and porch swing are a wonderful place to sun and just take in the peaceful beach. The home is well furnished, the streaming TV makes it possible to use any apps you use at home, the beds are all comfortable and we love it! One real advantage for us it is closer to the Ferry and we often go to Galveston to shop and get some awesome seafood. Speaking of seafood, there are several wonderful places to eat in Crystal Beach. Then the icing on the cake is the profession al staff at Cobb Real Estate. Always there to help if you have questions or any issues. This is an outstanding rental for a family gathering or a place for seniors like us to stay.There is a great patio downstairs for cooking and grilling if that is what you like to do. You will love it if you stay. Enjoy!
