Welcome to Sunny and 75

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home is designed for unforgettable beach vacations, offering generous space and thoughtful amenities for up to 12 guests.

Located just a one-minute walk from the beach, the home features Gulf views from the elevated deck, making it an ideal place to relax with morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Enjoy a private, non-heated pool with comfortable lounge seating, a tiki bar for poolside drinks, and a charcoal grill for easy outdoor meals. After beach days, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle into the relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Three bedrooms with king-size beds
• Fourth bedroom with three sets of twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or larger groups
• Smart TVs in every bedroom with WiFi access

The home is family-friendly and pet-friendly and includes a fully equipped kitchen, beach and pool towels, and plenty of space to gather together.

Conveniently located just three miles from The Big Store and within walking distance of Houston’s Hot Spot, Jose’s Cantina, and Margaritaville, you will be close to dining, entertainment, and island favorites.

Everything was perfect, the house is in a nice location. The pool was a plus. Would definitely recommend this place and we are for sure coming back to stay her again.

Everything was great. Super close to the beach! Communication with host was easy and fast reply, we got there a couple hours early and were gracious enough to let us check in early. Very clean upon check in.

Wonderful vacation spot!

The rental was absolutely beautiful and so close to the water!!! My family and I absolutely loved it and especially enjoyed the private pool as well! And it was pnly 10 minutes from the ferry to galveston which was super convenient! 10/10 a great rental for our trip!

Short family getaway

Great communication with host! Quickly responded to request. GREAT location, short walk to beach access. Also located in the least busy part of the island, but still close enough to everything. A very much enjoyed stay by all!

Family getaway

I enjoy my stay and the kids love it. The location was perfect, less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and kitchen is full stocked. The host was very welcoming and checked on us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely say again.

This house is amazing.

The real thing was better then the pictures. The location was perfect and the house was perfect. The pool added just the relief from the heat that we needed. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful Home Stone Throw Away From The Beach

The home was amazing and close to the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any messages. My only complaint was that the bed sheets seemed somewhat dirty, there was hair all over the sheets on one bed. Other than this minor issue, everything else was fantastic from check in to check out. The best was listening to the ocean waves from the deck! Will definitely save this as a location to stay at again...

Perfect location

This property was adorable. Super location for our large family. Easy check in. We brought our side x sides and had direct beach access. Made it super easy with all the grandbabies and beach gear. The beds had the most comfortable mattresses. Kids loved the bunk room and the pool. Only minor issue was no gate at the top of the stairs to the house. Easily remedied if we had known to bring a gate from home. Thank you Ali for helping out when we called.

We're also only 3 miles from the Big Store, which is perfect for getting essentials quickly. Plus, we're just right down the street from Houston's Hot Spot, Jose's Cantina, and Margaritaville, where you can enjoy live music on the weekends!

This neighborhood really combines natural beauty and lively local spots, making it the perfect place to unwind and have fun.
