Adorable Cape Cod cottage with Central A/C in Dennis Port, MA-only 250 short steps to the beach! House boasts a lovely living room and large family room each with sleeper sofas. Step out onto the lovely deck to enjoy a fun BBQ and let the kids play in the big yard. Outdoor enclosed hot/cold running water shower-so nice to freshen up comfortably after walking back from a great day at the beach! Two bedroom, one bath, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all the amenities. Conveniences include TV, WiFi, and Central A/C-heat for your complete comfort.

Please note washer/dryer is located in outdoor shed.

The location was great and dealing with Martha Murray reality is always an we easy and pleasurable experience.

Thank you for taking the time to review the home. We are extremely embarrassed. Although no one wants to start their vacation off by calling the rental office to complain, we would have been happy to send over our head housekeepers to fix all of the issues. We hope to see you again!

Central air was perfect, we only had one issue with the windows. We had to use sticks to keep them open. Overall this place is just perfect for us ... will continue to come back !!!!! Reviewer Comments: We had rented another place and there was no gas so the company called and offered us a couple different choices the rental we chose it’s so much nicer than the one we originally had chosen. They made it so easy for us to vacation this year. We were having trouble with the router and the woman from Martha Murray was there within 15 minutes to help. The house was immaculate And very close to the ocean we are very satisfied with her trip.
