Three bedroom duplex home with large private front deck with table and chairs set back from the street. Spacious back yard with a picnic table, gas grill, outdoor shower and a fire pit overlooking a picturesque tidal pond. Less than a 500 foot walk with easy access to a beautiful shared/private beach and half mile to popular South Village Beach. Within a short drive, enjoy many local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, bowling, miniature golf and other outdoor activities.

This updated home has window A/C in each bedroom and is equipped with a full kitchen including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven and an eat-in dining room. Amenities include cable TV and high speed internet and new bedroom and living room furniture.

You can rent one side or both sides and be able to accommodate 12 people.

The cottage is cleaned before we arrived and the air conditioners worked great, this is a plus if you have little ones. Fire pit was great for smores and the grill was in good condition with extra tanks in the shed.

Using microwave in combination with most anything else will trip one!- Front deck lighting was poor and that light died 4 days into our stay.
