The Space:

Tucked away behind Uncle Stephen’s Pond, this 3BR/2.5BA home provides a quiet hideaway near top attractions. Walk to Trotting Park Beach for fun in the sun or to Nantucket Sound to watch boats sail out to sea. In the evenings, enjoy easy access to shops and restaurants in Dennis Port. Other highlights of this two-story home include a peaceful backyard, authentic New England décor, and a sunny open floor plan. LIVING AREAS Vaulted ceilings and plush furniture create an inviting ambience in the main living area. A 50' smart TV allows you to stream movies on relaxed nights at home. An additional living area offers comfy seating by the gas fireplace. Upstairs, the light-filled loft area is a perfect place to read or watch Netflix on the 44” smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need to create beach snacks and festive meals. Sip drinks at the kitchen bar while your recipes simmer nearby. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. BED & BATH This beach home sleeps four guests between the three bedrooms and a futon in the additional living area. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a twin-size bed alongside a twin-size daybed with twin trundle. Two more cozy twin-size beds await in the third bedroom. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath on the ground floor provides additional convenience. OUTDOOR AREAS Sip morning coffee on the second-floor balcony and admire peek-a-boo views of famed Nantucket Sound. In the backyard, you’ll find a gas grill and a picnic table. Upon returning from the beach, rinse the sand off your feet in the outdoor shower. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars in the driveway. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience. THE LOCATION Stroll 0.4 miles along a private walking trail to Trotting Park Beach. For more fun in the sun, travel 0.9 miles to West Dennis Beach. Drive 2 miles to Dennis Port, where you’ll find local eateries and unique shops.

Great location!

This charming Cape Cod home is a great vacation rental and provides easy access to the local beach and restaurants. There is plenty of room for a large group or family!

Great Vacation

Great house and location. Had a little plumbing issue with the shower but someone came right out and fixed it. We had a great week and would definitely rent this again!

Great house w/great location

What a great house, very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was very clean & had great pots & pans (usually most places have the cheapest available). Beds were very comfortable & it was great having 3 bathrooms for our party of 6. It was a short walk to the beach and easy access to lots of great shopping. I’d recommend going to Sweet Izzy’s ice cream shop that’s less than 10 minutes away!

Great location

This house was not far from anything, great location and nice and peaceful. The walk to the beach was not far at all. This house fits our family of 5 perfectly. Nice and clean upon arrival. The only critique and not a major issue, is we felt the back yard needed some upkeep along with the outdoor shower. We would defiantly stay here again!!

Beautiful Home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Seabreeze Village! Such a lovely spot on the pond and so close to the ocean. It was a nice surprise finding the beds all made with the sheets and towels ready for our use. The home is well stocked with all the regular amenities you would have at home. It was also so nice staying in a home with so much space, we appreciated being able to spread out when we wanted to. We will definitely look into returning! Thank you!

Great location. House needs some improvement

Great location - walking distance to the beach. Size/layout of the house is perfect as well. Everything else needs some work - the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the only linens were old/rough quilts that have been cut with scissors to fit the bed sizes. The upstairs toilet did not flush well at all and got clogged a handful of times a day. The downstairs has a major ant issue as well. The 3rd bedroom has no AC unit and no fans are in the room so it was a hotbox. The house has good potential but definitely needs some updating and to fine tune some smaller details throughout the house.
